If I could give a a zero I would! I should up 20 minutes early and I waited for 2 HOURS and a guy came up to me and my fiancé and said he wasn’t our pilot and left! Turns out he was our pilot and left us there! It was my fiancé birthday. While we were waiting for someone a homeless guy came in and was screaming at himself and broke a mirror in the restroom. It was the worst experience ever!! Thankfully there was a worker there named mark and he was really nice and reassuring, he was trying to get ahold of someone for us! I paid $300 and still have not heard back from them or received a refund!
Booked and no one from the company reached out to confirm. We made several phone calls and left messages but no response and we are supposed to be there in 2 days. No instruction on flight time or who we are supposed to meet. Very unprofessional. Canceling this booking before we get charged for this scam. Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache altogether.
We booked this activity, paid the full amount and we traveled to the aviation center in time but unfortunately the guide didn’t show up! we tried to call him and a nice guy called Aldo working on the center called him and we both left him voicemails with no response from the guide. As we have a limited time on LA we couldn’t wait longer and we had to leave. we had to cancel and request a full refund as the guide didn’t show up and we anticipated a timely refund. Unfortunately the guide refuses our request! he answered only to refuse a refund request but he can’t answer or explain why he took our money and not preformed the service. It is a complete scam! we lost 299 Dollars for nothing. At least he should return back our calls and voicemails or leave us with a text message explaining the situation as we heard he might have personal issues. Kindly, We demand a refund of 299 Dollars.
Splendid experience! We enjoy every moment of it, we'll do another similar tour again for sure. Our pilot (Hiro) is awesome and made us feel safe and comfortable. We recommend this tour.

A once in a lifetime experience that you can do as many times as you like! We had a blast. Our pilot Mickey was a riot and a wealth of information including inside secrets. He sure knew his way around Los Angeles.
