Regarding the tour to Yerevan, Sevan, and Dilijan, we want to address your comments directly. The issue was not with our guide, Guram—please remember the name of your guide. In fact, working with you was challenging from the very first minute. Perhaps during your trip, you forgot about your medications or mixed them with alcohol, as these things do happen. Regarding the price, it was not a cheap last-minute booking during peak season for long journeys with extra space, but rather our standard agreed-upon rate, which was fully agreed upon before the trip began. We wish you a great time ahead, and we are sorry about how things turned out.
