My friend and I took a trip to New Orleans and we decided to take this tour. However, there were so many confusions with the confirmation of this tour that my friend and I missed the opportunity to take the tour. We were very disappointed. We went to the Meet location and we waited 30 minutes there. They claimed they called me on my phone however they were unknown calls so they went into my spam folder so I didn’t retrieve them until late. Very upset and disappointed that when I contacted the tour guide they told me that I could not get a refund although this was not an intentional no show. They wouldn’t even work with my situation. Upsetting!

However, it’s important to note that the confirmation email clearly outlined the instructions, including how to identify legitimate contact numbers and the importance of checking spam or voicemail for updates. Unfortunately, failure to follow those instructions contributed to the missed tour. While we understand your frustration, our team made multiple attempts to reach you and was present at the designated location. As stated in our policy, missed tours due to lack of communication or late arrival are considered no-shows and are non-refundable. We encourage all guests to review confirmation details carefully in the future.
This was such an amazing tour, I loved the mild exercise that I got from it with good food at the end. I’d recommend to anyone and I would do it again.
Hollis knows his city and is freaking amazing! We loved every minute. He was so accommodating and gave us so much insight on where to eat and be entertained like the locals!
Hollis was a wealth of information, personal experience made the tour real. He brought us to areas they prefer tourists not see. So nothin but the truth, the whole truth. Amen to that

Our tour guide Hollis was very informative as to all the real goings on in the Big Easy! My heart and prayers go out to all the folks who were affected by this devastation and unfairness that was and is still going on! This tour really opened my eyes and Hollis is awesome😍❤
Hollis was a great tour guide, sharing first hand experiences, educating us on past, current and future issues affecting the worst hit areas of New Orleans after hurricane Katrina.

I enjoyed my tour with Hollis, very interactive and informative. Hollis is very knowledgeable and personable. His love and passion for his community shines. If you want to develop a deeper understanding of Nola, its culture and its people outside of the French quarter definitely book this trip
All around, great tour!! Hallis did an amazing job answering questions and explaining the rich, but at times melancholic, history of Treme. Would recommend to everyone!!!
