Max was such a great guide. Friendly, funny, and full of knowledge and little history tidbits. We saw and learned so much in only a few hours, I definitely see Ybor in a new light now. His personality immediately put us at ease and the food spots we visited were delicious and authentic. I would highly recommend anybody to take a tour with Max.
This was an amazing tour. Max was our tour guide, he was an incredibly animated and knowledgeable guide who did a great job at talking about the history of ybor. Even if history isn’t your thing, I would highly recommend signing up for the experience as Max was extremely entertaining.

As a local tour guide myself, I really enjoyed hearing an Ybor-specific guide share fascinating stories about the area. Six friends came to Ybor to tour J.C. Newman and to enjoy several great restaurants. Max came highly recommended - and I mean very highly recommended - and his reputation is accurate. Great energy, fun, very knowledgeable of history, Florida, the cigar industry, etc.
