They have filled us. It is not a entrance ticket. It was a audio tour. Nonoption to cancel. It shows Grand palace ticket. But then it's only audio tour.

The non-GPS audio worked smoothly, and the commentary added real context as we moved through the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple. We bought our tickets at the gate (the main point of sale) with no issues. We visited shortly after the recent passing of Thailand’s queen, which made the experience feel even more solemn, complementing the historical context of the tour. It was great to sit down in the shade and listen to the stories. There was no gps support to identify the correct locations though so it was impossible to know how to find places of interest.

I booked 3 tickets for November 18. But for some reason, Grand palace was closed on that day . My ticket got wasted and there was no option for refund. Next day when I went to Grand palace, they did not accept my ticket. Very upset.

There was a lot of noise making it hard to hear the tour guide sometimes, but that is certainly not the fault of Viator. I am new to this and guess I didn’t realize the ticket was included in the price, so I paid for entry again at the gate. It was an inexpensive learning lesson for me.
