Tour a piedi di un'intera giornata a Caminito del Rey

Ritireremo al punto di partenza dove non dovremo preoccuparci di parcheggiare il nostro mezzo in nessun parcheggio e ritorneremo allo stesso punto al ritorno. Durante tutta l'escursione saremo accompagnati da una guida in diverse lingue che si occuperà di gestire i biglietti senza dover fare file e che sarà felice di occuparsi di tutte le esigenze durante il tour. Con una guida locale del Caminito, faremo un tour a piedi lungo sentieri e passerelle all'interno di un'area naturale, attraversando un ponte sospeso alto più di 100 metri alla fine del percorso. Consigliamo qualche tipo di protezione nei mesi invernali poiché può fare freddo.

Itinerario
Faremo una passeggiata di circa 7,7 chilometri su sentieri e passerelle che attraversano alla fine del tour da un ponte sospeso con un'altezza di circa 100 metri. Inizieremo prendendo un percorso di 2 km fino al punto di controllo dove forniranno a ciascuno di noi un casco protettivo e controlleremo che indossiamo le calzature appropriate prima di iniziare il percorso. Inizieremo dal bacino di Gaitanejo, attraverseremo il primo canyon, la gola di Gaitanejo con soli 10 metri di larghezza, lì troveremo l'inizio della prima passerella. Quindi attraverseremo El Soto, situato tra i canyon della gola di Gaitanejo e il Tajo de las Palomas, dove si trova il ponte del re. Ascolteremo il rumore dell'acqua quando attraversiamo la Valle del Hoyo. Nel Desfiladero de los Gaitanes accederemo alle passerelle situate a più di 100 metri di altezza e termineranno in Avenida del Caminito del Rey, che è un sentiero che ci conduce alla stazione El Chorro.
Fine dei servizi e rientro al punto di partenza (circa 1 ora e 15 minuti di viaggio) Sosta di circa 45 minuti ad Ardales, a seconda delle condizioni meteorologiche.

Fabulous experience! The hike was not strenuous (for a 71 yr old) and for me, the heights were not an issue. The official guide (Sandro?) was excellent!

Nice walk, too bad for us, it was not very nice (a little rain even) it changes everything about the brightness and color of the water but the gorges are still impressive... The history of this place is interesting... service a little expensive when you see the price of a ticket bought locally...

It was a super nice experience, very well organised and a safe hike on a wild environement. I strongly recomand to take a guided tour, it is more interesing and more fun!

Fantastic route and nice guide. Only negative comment is that an activity that starts 1:20 pm and ends 6:30 pm is not a full day activity, it is a half day! Furthermore, the guide and bus runs two groups after each other on one day, so it is obviously a half day.

The Caminito del Rey was really amazing to see. As we had a guided tour we where suspecting that the guide would tell us lots about the history and further information. Instead she just gave us the tickets and told us to just follow the road and meet up at the end. This was really strange i think. So no the tour was not that good and we could have done it without a guide what really reduces the price a lot. Once but not again such ashame
I am very sorry that you did not like how the excursion has been carried out. The guide gives all the explanation on the bus journey from Malaga to the Caminito del Rey. Within the Caminito we do not give explanations since in many places there is not enough distance to give explanations to a group and it cannot be done due to the COVID restrictions. I hope you have a better time next time
