Tour a piedi di Berat

Bruno was very accommodating with changing the day and time of the walking tour last minute. We enjoyed listening to the history of Berat as well as learning some Albanian phrases.

Bruno was amazing, incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the city. He didn't just show us the main sights-he brought the history of Berat to life with stories, local insights, and personal touches that made everything feel special. What I really appreciated was how engaging and relaxed the tour felt. It never felt rushed, and Bruno took the time to answer questions and make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Highly recommend if you want a deeper feel about the city!

Good mix of history, local knowledge of the city, and personal experiences in the city etc. Interesting facts in a funny and personal touch. Can highly recommend it!

We took the Free Walking Tour from 10:00 to noon. It provided a great overview of Berat and the history of Albania. Bruno was a very good guide and spoke great English. We had 9 in our group which worked out well. Recommended.

Bruno, a lifelong resident of Berat, was thorough, patient and had thoughtful answers for all our questions. He takes you up to the castle which is also a huge perk (one doesn't want to walk up!) But Bruno knows everyone in town and easily organised a taxi up for us. He sincerely said contact him if we needed any local recommendations or anything and he was responsive and so helpful when we did text him after. It was so welcoming of him to show us his home and his pride and love for his town shines through.

Bruno was our guide. Extremely knowledgeable, passionate and a great communicator. We were educated and entertained at the same time. No topic was "off limits" and we has many frank discussions about historical and current events and their impacts. Thoroughly recommend the tour.

There’s not much walking, but a lot of discussion that’s interesting. Bruno provided personal insights into life in Berat.

It was a great charming walking tour. Our guide, Bruno, was from Berat and we learned about the history of Berat and what it's like now to live there. Bruno was great to walk through the castle with. Bruno even helped us out after the tour with transportation to Alpeta winery (I highly recommend going there!). Bruno was also great taking photos of us at all the picturesque view points!

Bruno is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his history and also a very nice person! He even picked grapes for us from his house! My friend and I enjoyed the tour experience and now looking forward to exploring the places he showed us in depth!

Nice walk and is once beautiful to have seen. In August it was a bit too hot so we had to constantly seek the shade. Still glad we have been there, was with a guide via tui.
