You can tell Sanjiv has a real love for all that Singapore and its mix of cultures has to offer. He was organized, timely, and well prepared. The tour was informative. It was a little long but worth it. I would probably advertise it at 4.5 hours rather than 4.

This tour was a 4 hour walk through the Chinese/ Indian and Malay quarters of Singapore, with a short train and bus trip to cross Singapore to the areas, with guide Jolynn. It was a very interesting historical tour, particularly the Chinese section which was the longest section. Our guide Jolynn was excellent, very informative, and also checking on our welfare as it was a very hot and humid day. The pickup in Chinatown was an a cool place and the bathroom and drink breaks well planned. I can recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in the different cultural areas of Singapore. Highly enjoyable.

Our guide was very friendly and adapted our tour to take into account the weather conditions on the day. He was able to talk to us about living in Singapore and showed us some interesting places. There were rehydration stops and he checked that we were happy with the pace.

We had a fantastic time walking around the various neighborhoods with our guide, Jolynn. Our family of six (including two school-aged kids) were able to see Singapore’s historical sites and vibrant communities. Jolynn expertly explained the history of Singapore and cultural diversity. We also stopped at various cafes to taste Singaporean delicacies which we loved. Highly recommend this tour, especially Jolynn!
