Scopri il cuore di Arequipa in questo tour a piedi immersivo. Iniziamo dal vivace mercato di San Camilo, un colorato fulcro della vita quotidiana pieno di prodotti, sapori e tradizioni locali. Quindi, passeggia per affascinanti strade verso la piazza principale, dove la tua guida condividerà la ricca storia di una delle piazze più belle del Perù. Visita la Chiesa e il Chiostro ornati di La Compañía de Jesús, sede dello splendido Sant'Ignacio Cupola, un capolavoro di arte coloniale. Prosegui verso un tambo del XVII secolo, un tradizionale complesso residenziale comunale che rivela il passato coloniale della città. Infine, esplora il mozzafiato Monastero di Santa Catalina, una città all'interno della città, con oltre 300 anni di storia affascinante. Itinerario
Il nostro tour inizia visitando il popolare mercato di San Camilo; dichiarato Patrimonio Storico nel l987 e dove si possono trovare molti prodotti come generi alimentari, fiori, vestiti, e altri articoli di qualità a basso costo. Questo è un luogo pieno di colore, attività, varietà di sapori, che mostrano un po’ la vita quotidiana della nostra città.
Poi continueremo a camminare verso il centro della città (Piazza Principale) esplorando le strade del centro città e arriveremo alla Piazza Principale di Arequipa, dove la tua guida ti darà un'introduzione storica di una delle più belle piazze principali peruviane.
Continueremo il nostro tour, visitando la chiesa e il chiostro di La Compañía de Jesús, questo chiostro e la chiesa sono un'unica unità, con semiarchi di pesanti lesene completamente decorate su tutti e quattro i lati. Ogni lato presenta rilievi identici, di tre spessi grappoli d'uva, papaya, conchiglie, cantutas, rose, uva ecc. Nella Chiesa visiteremo la famosa Cupola di Sant’Ignacio; una cappella così bella che è un esempio di arte coloniale arequipea.
Cammineremo fino al Monastero di Santa Catalina; monumento che appartiene alle attrazioni più importanti della città di Arequipa, conservando dietro i loro centri commerciali più di tre secoli di storia.

Had an amazing time with Giardino Tours. Right from the moment I made an inquiry to the website, the booking lrad Lisbet was prompt with her responses, helpful and designed the ideal private tour for me. Upon arrival to Arequipa, my guide Sam was super responsive via WhatsApp as some of my plans had changed. Sam was an excellent guide who is a born and raised local, and had a wealth of knowledge and insight to share. Responsive to my requests during our tour, including a stop to drop off Laundry. 5 stars+ - couldn't recommend Giardino Tours enough!

We had a fabulous time with our guide Brian. He was punctual and extremely knowledgeable about Arequipa. The expertise and enthusiasm that he conveyed as we went through the monastery was infectious and it was an incredible experience. The city walk in Arequipa was very beautiful and culture. We've been through several buildings. Our guide Stephanie really tried, she talked about the different architecture and also the history. She's one of the best. We enjoyed very much and feel like all the city
