Our guide Ken was wonderful- he spoke excellent English, and made the tour fun despite the rain! This tour was totally worth while, we could never have found our way to all these places in 3 hours. Honestly you need the guide just to cross the street in Hanoi! Negotiating the streets as a pedestrian is not for the faint of heart. But the sights are worth seeing and we really enjoyed the Salt Coffee on Train Street. Great walking tour. The best way to see the Old Quarter. Also our guide met us at our hotel, that alone was worth it, not to struggle to find a meeting point. Everyone is so nice here! Really enjoyed, 10 out of 10!

Minh was a fantastic tour guide who took us to all the best places. He gave us great insights into local culture and tips on where to go next. The pace was great and we saw a lot. Train Street was great and Minh ahowed is where to have lunch and wait to ho back on our own to see the train actually go past. I would highly recommend- excellent value for money.

It was a very worthwhile experience and fantastic value for money. Our guide Minh knew just were to go and explained the history and culture of Hanoi. He was very giving of his time and knowledge, and we learnt a lot. This really enhanced our Hanoi trip. Thanks Minh!

We were collected by Ken at our hotel and had a private tour. Ken was a fantastic guide with an extensive knowledge of Hanoi and spoke fantastic English. In addition Ken gave further information about Vietnam's history and answered all our questions. Ken made our tour special and I would be happy to recommend him.

This was a fabulous tour. Frank is a delightful guide, educational, funny and kind. He answered the millions of questions I had with no complaint. I was ready to cut the tour short because it started pouring rain, but he did not miss a beat and never complained. When I finally told him I had enough rain, he made sure to get me safely back to my hotel. I saw someone complained about not having a train go by on train street, but that was not advertised and Frank told me from the outset that we may not actually see the train, but he immediately checked the schedule and adjusted the tour so we could. All I had to do was ask.

It was a great tour and a combination of walking with cab rides for the long distances. That was an experience as well.

Enjoyed walking around to see the many aights of Hanoi. The guide however was simply there to take us places. Did not share much information

Josh was very knowledgeable and took us extra places where we made purchases we really wanted to the train street was quite a festival atmosphere and we really enjoyed it.
