Itinerario
Il tour inizierà al Louis Armstrong Park. I viaggiatori visiteranno i primi monumenti dei pionieri del Jazz e le prime sale da ballo dove il Jazz regna sovrano. Ascolteranno le storie dei pionieri del jazz come; Louis Armstrong, Jelly Roll Morton, Charles "Buddy" Bolden e altre icone del jazz.
I viaggi visiteranno il New Orleans Jazz Museum o il primo museo del jazz presso il St. Pierre Hotel dove il GRANDE Louis Armstrong soggiornò quando si esibì a New Orleans.
I viaggiatori esploreranno i terreni sacri di Congo Square dove si dice siano state scoperte le origini del jazz, oltre a testimoniare il più antico quartiere afroamericano del paese, Treme.
I viaggiatori potranno anche sperimentare musica jazz dal vivo in una delle strade più popolari e musicali di New Orleans, "Frenchmen Street".

My wife and I were the only ones on tour. Learned a lot about New Orleans jazz and its beginnings. Viewed present Jazz Museum and site of new one being built. I wanted to visit some actual clubs and hear jazz if only for 10 to 15 minutes at each club.
Good Day, Hope you enjoyed your Jazz Tour experience. Unfortunately we do not do a Jazz club crawl our focus is on the pioneers, historical sites, and landmarks. We do hope Harris was able to point you to and recommend Jazz clubs and venues.

Harris was an amazing tour guide! Very personable and inspiring. He knew all the hot spots to go to see live music. His after the tour text had all the stuff we talked about and a lot of useful information. The only thing I wish we did, not negative, was to do the tour when we first go here, not the night before we left. 😊 (we will just have to go to the places he mentioned in the tour on our next visit)
