Conosceremo la città di Copacabana, nota per la sua chiesa dove si trova la famosa Vergine di Copacabana, oltre a fare un piccolo tour della città attraverso la sua piazza principale e la spiaggia.
Isola famosa per i suoi siti di origine Inca, come Pilko Kaina, con il suo palazzo in rovina. Nella vicina città di Yumani, si trova la Scala degli Inca, che conduce ad una fontana che, secondo antiche credenze, prolungava la giovinezza. A nord, vicino alla città di Challapampa, si trovano le rovine labirintiche di Chincana. Si dice che la Roccia Sacra sia il luogo di origine degli Incas.

The whole tour was organized really well. They gave me English speaking guide Juan in Bolivia who was of Aymara descent and he was well versed with local culture, history and local rituals, traditions & herbs. My whole Isla del sol trek and Copacabana church visit was impeccable. I greatly appreciate how seamlessly tour was organized from pickup from hotel to everything and drop off to my hotel. This was my first solo trip and they made it very comfortable for me.

I was delighted with the service contracted. The guides were very friendly, punctual and knowledgeable, always willing to share valuable information during the tour. The guidance provided was clear and the trip was very comfortable, as we had no major concerns: they facilitated transportation from the hotel, bus tickets and constantly followed up throughout the trip. I particularly emphasize the attention to our needs as tourists. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend them.

Many thanks to our guide Ricardo. He is very helpful and enthusiastic in making our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend to book a tour so you can have everything arranged smoothly for you. For us, it wouldn't be possible to visit Sun Island if we had not booked this tour. It is a very long journey with two bus rides, two border offices, a 4-hour boat tour, plus you need to find a place to store your suitcases and have lunch. Luckily our guide took care of everything and he is so knowledgeable to provide a lot of information about the history, the culture and mysteries of this area. Thumbs up for Ricardo. Also the tour organizer Wilson is very professional and helpful. He gave us all the detailed information before the tour and answered our questions quickly.

I booked a flight from Amsterdam to Lima, return Sao Paulo to Amsterdam. I booked a flight that had the option to change the return flight (with some extra costs). I did indeed need to change the date of my return flight, I logged in to my account at KLM where the message was that it was not possible to change my return flight online in the portal and that I had to contact the KLM service centre. I tried to call the phone number provided. But that number is a joke. There are no people answering that number, just a silly menu that leads to nowhere. So I tried the WhatsApp number provided. There you get a bot that leads you to several questions, repeats that the change can not be made online, and promises to connect you with a service agent. The bot put me in queue but already warned that it "could take a while" before a service agent would respond. I'm now in queue for over 21 hours. KLM makes promises while booking, has a fake contact centre and in the end provides zero service... a very bad experience

I was a bit hesitant about the cost at first, as you can just put the trip together alone as well for a much less, but I have to say it was so worth it. I felt really altitude sick in the morning and it was so nice to not have to find the right bus etc. but have everything arranged. There was no one else on my tour and my guide was incredibly knowledgeable and tought me so much about the inkas and bolivian culture. I just had the best experience. For me personally the cost of the tour was 100% worth it.
