⭐☆☆☆☆ — Never Showed Up — Complete No-Show Save yourself the frustration and skip this one. I booked a horse riding experience in the Dominican Republic and showed up to the lobby at the scheduled time, ready to go. The guide never showed up. Not late — a complete no-show. After waiting 20 minutes with no sign of anyone and no way to reach the company, I finally received a WhatsApp message — the first and only attempt at communication I ever received from them. There was no communication before the trip — no confirmation, no logistics, no contact information in case of issues. Nothing. And when they did finally reach out, it was through a WhatsApp message 20 minutes after they were supposed to be standing in front of me. They claimed they had been trying to communicate. I don't buy it. I have taken several trips through Aviator and have never experienced anything like this. Their communication is always smooth and reliable — so the failure here was entirely on this company's end. In the end, I wasted my time just to be considered part of an experience that never happened. Be warned — if something goes wrong, you will have no way to reach anyone, and by the time they reach you, your time is already gone. Do not book this experience.
Such a great experience—horseback riding on the beach and swimming with the horses was unforgettable! 🐎🌴🌊 This is a must do!
