All'arrivo, una guida ti incontrerà per condurti attraverso il centro storico che non è stato danneggiato dalla seconda guerra mondiale, inscritto dall'UNESCO nel 1997 per il suo piano stradale medievale in gran parte intatto e gli edifici eccezionali. A cominciare dalla Torre Pendente, parte delle mura medievali della città, dai Municipi e dalla Corte d'Arte. Esplorerai anche l'adiacente Città Nuova, fondata nel 1264 e fusa nella Lega Anseatica 12 anni dopo. Ammira le case mercantili in mattoni rossi e le guglie gotiche delle chiese, come la chiesa tardogotica di San Giacomo. Vai alle rovine del Castello dell'Ordine Teutonico, distrutto dagli abitanti della città nel 1454. Fermati nella casa natale di Niccolò Copernico e scopri la sua vita e il suo lavoro in astronomia. Infine, assaggia il famoso pan di zenzero di Torun.

Tòrun has the leaning tower of Tòrun. Nice city to visit for a day trip from Warsaw. Would love to visit again.
First time here. No tall sky scrapers like Warsaw but still has it charms. The city has their own leaning tower also.
The Mercedes minivan driver Mirek Kopec was courteous and friendly throughout the trip. He told me many stories and facts about his country. The local guide in Toruń was also very nice and gave us a full three hour tour of her city.

Wonderful informative tour of an old city in Poland that escaped the damages of the Second World War. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of the history of the city and presented it in an interesting narrative. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

Our driver was on time and very helpful. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. However, the time there was very short and didn’t get to see as much as we would like to. In addition, there is no allowance for lunch. We had to insist on eating some lunch. It would be much better if there was an extra hour to eat as it is a long day. We left at 9 am and didn’t get back until 4pm.
Dear Client Thank You for your review. Our tour to Torun include 2h driving one way, 3h guided tour (other company have 2h), 1h free time for lunch or shopping so all togehter is 8h. I don`t know why you should insist on lunch because it`s obligatory. Maybe guide forgot about that or it was missunderstanding. We will next put more preseure on clear comunication between client-guide-office. Michal
