La Torre Pendente di Pisa è il campanile della Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta, nella famosa Piazza del Duomo (patrimonio dell'umanità dell'UNESCO dal 1987) di cui è il monumento più famoso per la sua caratteristica pendenza, simbolo di Pisa e tra i simboli iconici dell'Italia.

The audio app was very difficult to get downloaded. You need excellent wifi connection to download the POP app and then again to get audioguide. Impossible to download while on train wifi.
Leaning tower was awesome! Definitely worth seeing. Cathedral under some construction. Said it opened at 10 at 10:20 I went and asked and they said it would open at 12. No one bothered to post a sign on the door? Guess that’s too much to ask. The workers here in Italy are nothing like the other European countries we have toured. If you are just doing the tower and cathedral it’s cheaper to buy tickets there. Don’t go through Viator.
The tour was amazing I would have liked during the booking process and when we receive the tickets to know the do's and the don'ts. Example: You cannot bring a backpack and you have to have a shawl.
Had to give up your passport to get the audio guide in another building. So I just viewed the cathedral without it.
Seeing and climbing the Tower of Pisa on a perfectly sunny day was truly memorable. The tower is beautiful as were the panoramic views of Pisa. The tickets were sent electronically in the Viator app and on WhatsApp. They were easy to access and use. The audio guide was helpful. It was a great experience!

I wouldn’t recommend this company if you have a tight schedule. My reservation was moved multiple times. I confirmed it over the phone, waited for tickets, and then it was moved again. I’m now waiting for two separate refunds for two tickets I purchased. I ended up booking directly with the leaning tower. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I did spend quite some time on the phone just to be moved around. They did offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase.
Well don’t book with viator paid good money and didn’t get to go up tower terrible never book with viator
We got on the bus in Livorno towards central station for the train. pay attention to a bus ticket you do NOT buy in the bus is not possible driver says ahhh walk on but the inspectors get on the bus and everyone who does not have a ticket gets a ticket (the driver quickly leaves) otherwise it would have taken a beating, in total 12 tourists got a ticket so pay attention to what you do for a ticket of 1.70 !!
