Raphaël is a very nice guide, takes the time to answer questions and share fun facts. Asks questions to get everyone involved and makes sure everyone has time to process the information (I had to translate a few things for my daughter). There was a relaxed atmosphere in the group thanks to Raphaël's approach, and the group was not too large (9 participants). Nice tour!
Godzke, our guide the night of August 3, was so helpful and well-informed! We had questions about the Eiffel Tower and its history, and she shared all kinds of interesting information which wasn’t in our online sources. The city was so beautiful as the sun set, and Godzke enriched our experience so much! It was worth every penny. Unforgettable! Merci Beaucoup. 🇫🇷❤️
Very good experience and the guide was very pleasant.
The meeting point at another adress than the tower feels unnecessary. It took a long time before we got up the tower which made us miss the sunset. The guide on the other hand was a dream. Gözde told us a lot of very interesting facts about the history of the tower and she was really passionate in her way of telling the stories. She made the waiting feel a lot less long and filled up every silence with more stories and jokes. She was very easy going and a pleasure to be around. She made my daughter feel safe when she was affraid in the elevator and she was very helpful taking pictures.
We could not find the tour guide at the appointed time and place so called the contact number on the TripAdvisor site multiple times and left message as well but did not get any any response so ended up going to Eiffel Tower and waited there to catch the tour group when they arrived there. Terrible experience as the tour guide was uncooperative and we ended up buying the tickets again.
Great! Pepe speaks French, Spanish, English. He knows a lot and he is very organized to show everything.
DMissed the group at the meet up location due to personal reasons. Tried to locate the group at the Eiffel Tower. Could not locate them and tried calling but no answer……and because only the tour guide had the tickets (you don’t receive these yourself) we could not proceed up into the tower. Very very annoying and would recommend just buying the tickets direct at the tower. Only poor experience in Paris.

If you go to Paris, it is essential to go up the Eiffel Tower. The views are spectacular and the monument is impressive. Magnificent experience. If possible, go down a flight of stairs to see the impressive structure.
