Really great experience! Our tour guide, Haroon, was excellent. Very punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with the route and the falls' history. He kept things moving and made sure we didn't waste time. One of the biggest highlights was the “VIP” access to the Niagara Falls boat ride. Instead of waiting in the typical long queues, we were in and out in about 15 minutes. That alone made the trip feel worth it, since it left more time to actually enjoy the falls instead of standing around waiting. Highly recommended!
A good fun day out especially in the summer when it’s actually fun to get a little bit of a soaking from getting up close and personal with these incredible waterfalls.

Great experience but would not recommend journey behind the falls. There was really nothing to it. I would suggest visitor are given some sort of a film about the caves. Boat trip, fallsband tower was awesome
Haroon was a great tour guide, patient and very polite, on hand to answer questions and very informative. The bus was clean and spacious enough for the journey time. The group happened to be very civilised. The tour was leisurely and seamless with plenty of time at each stop. I'd highly recommend the full tour. It was great to see behind the waterfall and from the lower observatory. And the tower at the end was a nice touch to finish off!
We did the tour with airlink. Excellent tour, very punctual and very funny. The guide explained everything before hand and gave us a schedule to follow. The bus was clean, comfortable and with space for the bags. One would think that 5 hours are enough to visit the Niagara Falls but actually they felt short because there are so many activities. Everything was great, definitely would do it again.
The two first stops of the journey are pointless and have no interest. Too much traffic to return to the city on the evening.

Very well organised tour, excellent guide, spectacular scenery, also had time to do helicopter over the falls. Will most definitely return.
