Ritiro all'aeroporto: dopo aver ritirato i bagagli, dirigiti al cancello di uscita dove verrai accolto dal nostro rappresentante/autista che avrà in mano un cartello con il nome del passeggero principale. Prelievo fuori dall'aeroporto: verremo a prendervi dalla hall del vostro hotel per la partenza per l'aeroporto. Chiama/invia un messaggio alla hotline se non riesci a localizzare il tuo autista (WhatsApp).

I bagagli di grandi dimensioni o eccessivi (ad esempio tavole da surf, mazze da golf o biciclette) possono avere alcune restrizioni, si prega di informarsi con l'operatore prima del viaggio per confermare se il bagaglio in eccesso è accettabile.
- Trasferimento all'arrivo: Dopo aver ritirato i bagagli, dirigiti verso il gate di uscita dove verrai accolto dal nostro rappresentante che avrà in mano un cartello con il nome del passeggero principale. Tempo di attesa: massimo 90 minuti dopo l'arrivo del volo.
- Trasferimento di partenza: verremo a prendervi dalla hall del vostro hotel per la partenza per l'aeroporto. Tempo di attesa: massimo 30 min.
- Ti verranno addebitati 100.000 VND/ora se il tuo autista deve attendere più del tempo di attesa consentito.

Staff are very friendly and informative. We arrived in Ho Chi Minh at 1610, as we approached Passport Control there was a major system outage. This has caused major delays for over 1000 people. Our pick up was for 1700, we did not exit the airport till 1915. I contacted the provider and they stated that they would wait for us. Instructions on meeting was given clearly prior to arrival at the Airport. As we exited we went to allocated meeting area, company representative was there waiting for us with our name displayed on a board. Within 5 minutes we were in a car to our hotel. Generally a very pleasant experience.
Basically, they just book a Grab for you and charge more. We used Grab ourselves on the way back to the Airport and paid a third of the price. Ok if you don’t have the Grab app, but we did and so was a waste of money, as we thought there would be a Taxi waiting for as they state, but there wasn’t and we had to find them outside after which, they do as I mentioned above.

Worked well. You meet at a post outside of the arrivals area. My name was on one of the sheets taped to the column. There are a few people there that you can check in with and they let the driver know you are ready. Due to the crowds, the driver can't wait at the curb. Only took a minute for him to pull up. You are escorted there and the rest is easy. The amazing experience is driving/riding through Saigon traffic.
