The views were amazing. We enjoyed the opportunity to take panoramic pictures of the city from the mirador area. The walking tour of the city was informative and gave us a chance to learn more about the history of the city.

The city is great and the view is spectacular. Perhaps a long time ago, there was a luxury bus. Now, it is a very old bus where the seats are broken and the ceiling leaks water when it rains. The driver and the tourist guide were nice and helpful. The city of Toledo is wonderful and the views spectacular. The bus was old and several seats were broken, the roof was leaking over the seats and the aisle which made walking very dangerous. The guide and driver were nice and gave us helpful recommendations.
Ruben, our tour guide was incredibly friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and patient. We traveled with a child with special needs and he literally tailored our experience to meet her pace. You will absolutely love him.

This was the cheapest tour but it provided what all the others do - transport in a comfortable coach bus, a panoramic tour of Toledo so you get an idea where to visit and take some great photos and a local guide for a 1 hour waking tour through the city's old centre. You then have around 4- 5 hours to visit inside the monuments you're interested in, get some lunch then return by coach to Madrid.

Toledo is a medieval town that is very hard to navigate for anyone parachuting in for the day. No instructions for how to get back to the bus at the appointed time was given. After being led through the labyrinthine streets, we were given free time but getting back to the bus was a real challenge. Also the guide didn’t seem to care about head count. One older participant went to the washroom and ended up being left behind. Once we got into Toledo at the top of the hill, the guide had no idea how the older man could be reconnected with. He said he couldn’t even call the bus driver down below to see if the older man was with him or not. Suffice it to say, there are serious challenges with how the tour is conducted.
