We had an amazing time! Captain Richard/Kenny was very informative and approachable. He explained many different things about the area including paces to eat! We brought drinks that we were able to keep cold in Captain Richard's cooler. The slide was fun! I spent most of my time floating on a very stable matt. There were other floaties available as well. It was peaceful despite the crowd. Captain Richard called food boats for us. They came to directly to our boat to get our order and then went back to cook it and returned it to us. It was $45 plus tip for a cheeseburger, hamburger and fries. We ate under the tiki. We also bought two coconuts for $30. I would go again with Captain Richard!

Starting with our Guide it was amazing cuz of Jay he educated us on everything and drove us to the best spot, book here you will not regret it

We were celebrating my sisters 60th birthday, we had the best time. Adam was great answered all our questions and helped make this experience a memorable one.

This was such a perfect activity! Bailey, our captain, was amazing, knowledgeable, and made our trip so fun!We even spotted lots of dolphins on our way out to crab island and back in to the dock. 10/10 experience if you are looking to enjoy a couple of hours on the water!

Jordan was an amazing captain. Ask for her if you can. If you do not book a private charter, do not expect for you and your group to be on the same boat. That was a surprise, and the girl checking us in was kind of ridiculous. Jordan made up for it though. Bring your own alcohol because you can no longer buy it on crab island. There is plenty of food and drinks out there but no alcohol. BYOB! The slide is super fun. The bathroom is not much of a bathroom. Nice floatie to lay on. You can connect to the boats Bluetooth speaker. You can bring your own floaties. We got to see some dolphins because we went early. I personally recommend earlier the better.

First they split up our family of 5. Apparently it's in the fine print. Then my husband and I waited for 15 minutes after the tour was supposed to begin, to only find out the captain of our boat left us. He then had to turn around and come back to pick us up which made another family of 4 have to be late to the island. Once we finally arrived it was fine, but our captain was drinking beer and doing shots. Not the professional viator experience we've had in the past. They told us if we had booked directly through them, we would be refunded our money. But they aren't able to do that when booked through a third party.
