We booked The Mall Outlet Florence – Luxury Shopping Day Tour with Welcome Italy, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable shopping days of our trip! We were lucky to have Monica as our guide, and she made the entire experience smooth, organised, and genuinely fun. Monica and the driver arrived right on time at 8:30am and greeted us warmly. She checked in with us via WhatsApp in the morning before pickup, which made everything feel easy and well‑coordinated. The drive from Rome to Florence is long — around 3 hours each way — but Monica made it feel effortless. She was calm, friendly, and ensured we were comfortable with washroom breaks and quick stops whenever needed. At The Mall Outlet, Monica stayed in touch with us again via WhatsApp while we shopped, which was incredibly helpful. When we finished, she came to the shopping complex, picked up our bags, and placed them in the car boot for us. She also explained the tax‑refund process clearly, even though we couldn’t claim it since we weren’t leaving Italy yet. The outlet itself is fantastic — spacious, beautifully laid out, and full of luxury brands. We managed to do some great shopping, and despite the long day, it was absolutely worth it. The combination of a comfortable ride, a thoughtful guide, and a premium shopping experience made this tour a highlight of our time in Italy. If you’re staying in Rome and want a luxury shopping day in Florence, this tour is absolutely worth it. Monica made the day enjoyable from start to finish

I was picked up at my hotel. And surprising, had an amazing day. I was blown away by the service provided by Juliana and Emmanuele. From making sure I was comfortable, and needing anything and ready to guide and answer any questions I have for them. They both went out of their way to take me to a store when I talked about needing another suitcase to hull all my stuff with. To top it off, it was my birthday and they made sure I had a special day. Our tour guide Anonietta and the driver Natalia were amazing. They were knowledgeable and the hospitality we received was impeccable.
Antoinette went above and beyond with her knowledge along the drive. As well as her knowledge and tip and tricks for getting around The Mall. I cannot recommend this tour enough.
An experience to do absolutely if you want to buy something luxury. Comfortable trip, good assistance and pleasant experience. To be repeated.
Short stop during the descent from the mountain to Naples shops always at the top great value for money honestly I feel good and the opportunity to buy something great at home at honest prices I recommend it
This experience was worth every penny. The team, a hostess and a driver, were so accommodating and wonderful. Our van was very clean and comfortable. The drive was just over 2 hours. The hostess gave us explanations about the towns we passed by and the beautiful Tuscan scenery. We even got to stop for expresso. We arrived around 10:30am and we were able to start shopping and meet with the hostess to leave our bags in the car throughout the day. We left around 5pm and the hostess did not rush or pressure us in any way; very flexible. If you want to have a relaxed day, visit many shops, have time for lunch and properly explore, this is the tour for you! Also the shops were amazing. We got lots of very current things at great prices. Thank you for a great day!

Crazy prices not from outlets and often old stuff! Big business for them. It's good for foreigners not us.

This was by far was our favorite shopping excursion so far in Italy! Our tour guide, Marie and our driver were amazing. They were on time, and the 2-3 hour drive to Tuscany was beautiful. Marie was incredibly informative and told us everything we needed to know about shopping the outlets in Tuscany. She was so knowledgeable, but most of all, she was friendly and personable. Thank you for being our tour guide and driver! We would definitely ask for them again if we ever come back to Italy for this shopping tour!

We stayed on the 4th to do a price and product check and returned the next day for the sales... We bought and saved a lot... Too bad it is far from me.....
