Forza d'Agrò è un comune del messinese con soli 833 abitanti, tuttavia è una meta molto gettonata da visitatori che vogliono ritrovarsi in alcuni luoghi dove è stato girato il film del Padrino. Le edificazioni di maggiore interesse che vi troviamo all'interno sono state costruite tra il XIII e il XVII secolo. Appena arriveremo ci fermeremo in un punto panoramico mozzafiato, dove ammireremo la costa ionica e la Valle d'Agrò, dopodichè avremo occasione di camminare nel villaggio visitando la Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata, che appare nel film, la Chiesa della Santissima Trinità ubicata davanti all'Arco Durazzesco e il Convento Agostiniano.
Ad appena 30 minuti da Forza d'Agrò, Savoca sarà la seconda tappa. Con 1732 abitanti, anche lei ci regalerà uno stupendo panorama e camminando visiteremo alcuni luoghi dove sono state effettuate le riprese, il più importante, il Bar Vitelli, per poi proseguire verso la Chiesa Madre di Savoca. Potremo facoltativamente visitare la cripta con le mummie, nel Convento dei Cappuccini.

Excellent Tour for the family! Manuel our tour guide was on time, very knowledgeable of the areas, and we felt like locals, a beautiful tour of the private Godfather Castle upon request, exceptional local cannoli tasting, and Bar Vitelli with a perfect scenic driving of Sicily! Luxury car with air conditioning. Highly recommended Tour with Manuel!
My husband and I enjoyed our tour it was a treat to see where the Godfather was filmed, especially since I am a fan of the movie series. Our guide showed us actual clips from the movie as we walked through the town where the filming took place.
Manuel messaged us the day before our excursion to confirm pickup point and time. He arrived punctually and gave us a bottle of water each. He wasn’t very chatty at first but as the trip went on he engaged more. He is very knowledgeable and was very attentive. We visited the famous Bar Vitelli where Michael Corleone asked Apollonia's father her hand in marriage, church where they married, and other movie locations. Manuel is a great guide and we would highly recommend him.

This views were pretty but it was overpriced for what we got. We saw 3 sites from the Godfather movie but the guide was not educated on the movie which was disappointing . He was rather quiet and shy which didn't make the day very interesting. Half the day was a slow walking tour and the rest of the day was driving.
The driver was kind and professional, he even accompanied us inside the cities showing us the places where the filming took place. The car was a comfortable and spotless sedan, could not go better... Thank you for this great experience!
The tour of the Godfather is fantastic for lovers of the series, we had a good time from start to finish walking in these villages that are teeming with Sicilian tradition. Being in front of the wedding church and the bar of the meeting with Apollonia was magical. Experience recommended!
My brother and I were really excited by this experience, after watching the Godfather movie we really wanted to meet in the filming locations, and Manuel guided us throughout the day with immense friendliness and sympathy, absolutely recommend!
I spent a fantastic experience in the company of my wife where we could see live the places of the film the godfather part II. I was immediately enchanted by the beauty of Savoca and Forza D'agró, all accompanied by the professionalism and experience of Manuel who was able to make us appreciate even more these beautiful places rich in history and art, fabulous experience to repeat
We visited these two beautiful villages, Savoca and Forza d’Agrò and we were really excited. The churches and streets of these places are very different from the big cities. Our guide was very kind and met our needs leaving us free time. I highly recommend.
