Very late in the day we arrived, the park was quiet, a ginger ice cream and ginger beer made a great spider, then a walk around to the boat ride where lots of Parents and kids delighted in the iconic ride in the boats. Our guide Ollie took us through the plant growing stage, reeled off all the facts, showed us the view over the vats of ginger soaking up its sugar glaze. We watched a short film on the history which was great. Out for a tasting g of various products then out the shop door armed with ginger bears.

Gorgeous Ginger Factory   What a gorgeous establishment this is.   It has so many different parts to it to offer the family.   There is the gift shop, the food court, the playground, the train, the shops, the Zog walk, the hanging umbrella walk, the gardens, the plant marque, the boat ride, the bee display and lots lots more.   We spent three hours here and just adored it.   It was free to get in and then you just pay for what rides and experiences you want to do.   Highly recommend and would return again if ever the opportunity.

Kids absolutely love it as they love the train and boat. Zogo they liked to find him. They loved the gingerbread man.

I recommend visits with tasting, the park being small, and the employees are very kind, the setting super friendly, well complete

Don’t go to see Santa. We usually love the Ginger factory & are on our second annual pass. However, I took my 5 & 7 year olds there to see Santa recently only to have the door shut in our faces as ‘Santa had finished for the day.’ He was still taking photos and the family before us were allowed in. There was NO other children waiting just my 2. No care or empathy shown, staff happy to leave 2 small children upset shouting ‘Santa is leaving.’ Would have taken 1 min to give them a picture. We had gone specifically to see Santa as we had the year before, dressed in their Christmas outfits & my 5 year old walking around with his Santa hat. No Christmas spirit shown at all. Very disappointing Ginger factory. You have lost some loyal customers.

Great venue for kids with lots of activities to keep them entertained. Much bugger inside that I anticipated. We enjoyed a few hours there and will recommend it to friends with kids.

glad we bought this pass through our hotel bcos our kids loved the boat so much we went on it multiple times. would’ve been very expensive otherwise. should have bee tour included in my opinion

Really disappointed with The Ginger Factory. The train would have been pleasant if they didn’t have an automated message playing the whole time trying to upsell your visit. The boat ride line was also extremely long due to the fact they were only loading single groups on boats for photo purposes. The boat ride is extremely outdated and bordering on cultural appropriation. If they had of loaded the boats with more people the line would have been much faster. It’s not a Ginger Factory, it’s a place designed to exploit parents of young children by upselling them from the second they enter. Avoid!
