Excellent experience, walk went ahead despite me being the only person on the tour and the guide Katy was excellent
Poor coordination from the agency. No instructions shared nor contact initiated at the meeting point and unable to find the tour guide. Missed the tour at the end. No refund provided and was offered to take the tour another day which is not possible considering I’ll only be in the city for a day.
Katy was a very knowledgeable guide and her English was excellent. Very great history lesson of Chile. Had a good time.
