It didn’t pick us up from our accommodation You can’t see out of the windows so I was fairly sick It didn’t leave on time it was at least an hour later

We took the fast boat from Gili Air to Serangan. Everything is easy with them. Ticketing, port tax, boarding, baggage transport etc.... There are only around thirty of us on board with comfortable bench seats. The staff is very kind and the service impeccable. It's a bit rough when there's choppy water but it only takes about 2 hours to travel. Very good serious company that I recommend.

This was the biggest cluster**** I have ever seen. You have to line up in what seems like a cattle call and then wait in the hot sun for about 45 minutes to even begin loading your boat. In the meantime, you are jostling in with people from other boats and there is no clear direction of which boat is loading at any given time. When you do eventually get on the boat, there is not guaranteed seating for everyone and some people have to go upstairs (outside) and stand. To top it all off, we were told we would arrive at 11:30 and we did not get to the arrival port until 2:00ish.

Nice and nice taxi driver but terrible boat(semanya one) poor space no ac and just like the horror stories you hear about. Never again. Booked another company home for a cheaper money and it was a fantastic trip in fht to this!

the driver is very friendly, the trip is pretty fast. the vehicle is clean and comfortable. during the trip we felt very happy because we got a driver who was very friendly with us. travel time was not felt long.

We were a group of 6 travelling from Ubud to Gili Trawangan. The company picked us up at the hotel in Ubud with all our luggage and took us to the port to catch the fast ferry to Gili T. Our driver was wonderful. He was very personable and the vehicles were comfortable and clean. He helped us locate the fast ferry check in place, assisted in getting our tickets and informed us where to wait. It is pretty chaotic at the port in Padang Bai and this was our first trip to Bali/ Gili T so it would have been a disaster trying to navigate this all on our own. The fast ferry (The Golden Queen) was also good. It was very clean and had some air conditioning. The company also arranged our return transfers back to Padang Bai for the following week and again was waiting at the pier with signs with our name when we arrived. We were so grateful to have this pre-arranged as it was pouring rain when we arrived and total pandemonium with taxis and people everywhere at the pier. From here the driver took us directly to the airport in Denpasar where we caught our flights home. It was wonderful to have this all organized for us by this company and the service was prompt and efficient. It would have been very difficult to have managed and arranged this all on our own. Would highly recommend!

The entire experience was fantastic and we felt very well organized amongst the chaos of multiple boats and drivers! We certainly felt safe and secure in their hands and will most definitely use their services again when back in Bali and Gili T!

Can highly recommend this company. We booked a package through our travel agent in the UK and used this company for our boat transfer to Gili T. On return they offered a transfer to our next destination and then we used Gusti their driver for our trip the next day. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest and trustworthy company then look no further. We will definitely use these again on our next trip to Bali.
