Tour di Teotihuacan con Basilica di Guadalupe e Tlatelolco

My friend and I had a great time on this tour and Edgar our tour guide was amazing. He helped with us with any questions and quireies we had and was overall very accommodating. I would highly recommend this trip if your intrested in Mexican history and architecture but if not I would still suggest you check it out.

Tour itself was great. My comments are based on how things played out. First they come with a large van with a 2-1 seat formation. Since there are 4 pickup spots, the Hotel Canada (last stop) people will probably not get seated together. That is painful sitting in different rows for an 8-9 hour day. Second, no attempt is made to at least try to keep groups together. Third leg room is very limited and it was physically painful for me or any tall person on really bumpy roads. Lastly, once you sit on a seat it is deemed yours for the rest of the trip. I just happened to be in the very first row which has a 3-0 formation. The couple with me would arrive late at every pickup, forcing me to get off the van or just wait outside for them to appear. At the last stop in the trip they held up the bus while they showed up almost 10 minutes after cutoff time. The guide is not responsible for inconsiderate guests but could clearly see what was happening, and should have intervened.

You cannot expect people to sit in a Mercedes Sprinter for hours of travel and not be able to see a thing The 2 back rows were absolutely cut off from seeing- the windows were very low and small and people cannot bend over to look through it.

The tour was an amazing experience and Amado was such a great guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and extremely funny. He is full of useful information that made the tour even more interesting. He made sure we saw all of teotihuacan and the basilica and shared the history of each place with passion

Excellent tour. The guide, Edgar, was very formal, attentive, and knowledgeable about the topics he explained throughout the tour. He was always willing to help and at the service of all the people who had the opportunity to take the tour with him. We had an excellent guide, loved him! How he told the story was incredible, the enthusiasm, kindness, respect. And the group obviously helped too.

It was very informative. It's much better to go with a guide since you get a lot of information about the areas if you don't know anything about it. Plus we got a bit more benefits since we stopped by the little store and tequila place before heading to the pyramids and that was very informative as well. We learned about the obsidian and rocks found in the area and how they're used now and before. Going to the basilica was also interesting seeing the churches and the portrait of the virgin of Guadalupe.
