A great experience, with very friendly staff.
Easy to arrange and the team were lovely
We booked the 1 hour jet ski experience We were sold this as 1 hour on jet skis The 1 hour is door to door from jet ski office and the 1 hour includes walking to jetty and boat out to jet skis and back We had approx 30 mins on jet skis This was sold as 1 hour on jet skis A lot of time on jet skis is wasted whilst photos are taken to be up sold afterwards We were 50 minutes door to door, not even the full hour We had approx 20 minutes on jet skis at full throttle, far less than the hour that we paid for We were miss sold this service Management was not interested afterwards simply repeating the word ‘normal’ Management clearly more concerned about profit than customer experience and customer service
Hi Thank you for your review. We want to clarify that it is not jetski rental, but guided excursion, which includes time on the boat, break for the swimming and time for the photo shooting. Thank you
Excellent experience, my 16 year old loved it. Booked through TA without any issues.
Oh wow, 3 first timers with one very unsure 17yr old . The WHOLE team were fabulous, my son had trouble getting on the jet ski but the captain guide was awesome, and we all had a great experience... . All I can say is USE THESE GUYS they are fab.
