Il prelievo e la consegna gratuiti dall'hotel sono inclusi nella zona costiera meridionale di Tenerife, in particolare lungo la costa tra Los Gigantes e Los Cristianos. Questo include (ma non è limitato a) : Los Gigantes, Alcalá, Playa San Juan, Playa Paraíso, Callao Salvaje, La Caleta, Costa Adeje, Adeje, Playa de Las Américas e Los Cristianos. Se soggiornate al di fuori di questa zona, potete raggiungerci facilmente in auto, taxi o autobus pubblico. Il punto di incontro più comodo è a Santiago del Teide, o in alternativa in una delle città costiere elencate. Dopo la prenotazione, inviaci la posizione del tuo hotel o appartamento tramite WhatsApp, idealmente come link di Google Maps. Se non conoscete il vostro Alloggio esatto al momento della prenotazione, fatecelo sapere non appena lo avete. Forniremo il tuo orario esatto di prelievo e il punto di incontro più vicino immediatamente dopo aver ricevuto la tua posizione, e non oltre la sera prima del tour. La mattina del tour, il tuo autista può anche inviare un breve aggiornamento WhatsApp con tempistiche precise o regolazioni della posizione, a seconda del traffico o delle condizioni. Si prega di presentarsi al punto di prelievo designato 3-5 minuti prima dell'orario previsto, poiché in alcune località il parcheggio è limitato o sono consentite solo soste brevi.

An amazing journey around the mountain and through the enchanted forest, we were blessed with perfect weather, a fabulous group and Massimo, who was such a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. Collected from my hotel in an air conditioned van, small group tour. A short ride to our parking stop, a couple of hours hiking, a small lunch and a couple of hours return. It’s requires decent footwear and a small amount of stamina or determination, choose your own! Great for seeing nature and exploring trees as opposed to beaches. Highly recommended.
Really good trip, the enchanted forest is a must see and Mass, the host, was super friendly and knowledgeable. Travelling as a small group of 8 also worked well for us. Highly recommended.

The enchanted forest above Masca is truly magical and Massimo as a biologist is super committed, motivated and expert. Pickup worked great. I highly recommend the tour!
The hike was super organized from start to finish! Since it was a small group, we had a really great experience. Massimo, our guide, has a lot of expertise about the island and has given us a lot of information about flora, fauna and also the history of Tenerife along the hike. Great! Also that everyone got a walking stick and snacks during the break was a good service. At some sections of the track, the pace was a bit too fast. My boyfriend and I would have loved to have had more time to enjoy the view. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the day and would book a hike with 10X.TENerife again at any time.
We had an exceptional experience! Not only were the sights breathtaking and our guide -Massimo very knowledgeable and helpful, but the weather could not have been better - clear and sunny throughout with just the right amount of mist in the.forest. The trail was challenging for us (mid-late sixties) but completely doable with Massimo’s guidance.
We had a fantastic day with Mass. His great demeanour and impressive knowledge made the hike one of the highlights of our trip to Tenerife. Our kids (aged 9 and 11) who are “tough” customers really enjoyed bantering with Mass who was a great sport and above all a great guide. The enchanted forest was breathtaking along with the hiking route. Mass took great pictures of the group as well and shared them later that evening. I would recommend this hike without hesitation.
The information exchange has already worked great in advance. They sent us the starting point as we arrived ourselves. The guide was so warm, very experienced and delighted us with his love of nature. As a biologist he had very good background knowledge about plants and fauna. He responded very individually to our small group and could also involve the kids humorously. He knew the perfect photo spots and took enough small breaks. We can highly recommend the trip and would do it again anytime.
A excellent experience through a hidden forest that was fun. A good guide and a good 'team' made this an enjoyable adventure.
Fantastic hike with the most personable and enthusiastic guide - Massimo. We were in mist for almost the whole walk so there were no views to enjoy, but Massimo was so knowledgeable about the local area that it didn’t matter.
