Trip was great Car was ok Guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes a little rushed but would slow down when asked. There’s an extra trip you’re not told about to the alabaster shop/factory. Prices are horrendous until you walk away (we bought a small pyramid for £10 gbp, he wanted £30 to start with). It’s about 8cm tall so probably still a high price. There was upselling of double the cost of the trip to see a zoo with crocodiles and have a restaurant lunch, we declined and got a falafel sandwich included instead. It was good A good trip and we wanted to split East and West Luxor rather than do one big day so it worked well for us

1. The appointment went wrong and I was picked up by a driver who was not the right one. I realized this when I visited the temple of Hashempsut. I finally found it by your guide. Not only did I have to pay the other driver, but your guide did not offer to refund the temple tour tickets already purchased. 2. For the lunch planned in the excursion, he simply bought us a bag lunch that the hotel had me thrown at the entrance. I hope tomorrow's experience with Viator will be better.

We chose the private driver option as we found calling a taxi in Luxor to be a big hassle with endless negotiation. This was a great alternative with a private driver coming to fetch us in a clean air conditioned car. Totally worth every penny!

Dina was amazing, full of knowledge, she took her time to explain points of interest and about the different sites. Really enjoyed her tour. You have to book Dina for this tour she is amazing!! One of the best tours we have done.
