Be on TIME to avoid rushing at the last moment Give yourself extra time especially, if walking slow . the food & service was excellent , A plus . They even gave you take away boxes for the remnant food ,should you want a doggie bag ! Would Heartly recommend ,even for a New Yorker like me ! Chitra

Fun bus is decorated beautifully. Our service was excellent and the staff was great.

Operator on call was not cooperative and also communication over the chat was not responsive. Even though I called multiple times saying we might be couple of minutes late due to rain and traffic in NYC. The operator and the driver of the bus didn’t open the doors

PLEASE CHECK YELP AND GOOGLE REVIEWS. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked a tour for 3 people for my daughter’s 13th birthday. I booked this a month in advance. We opted for the most expensive ticket. Luxury menu. A week ago I emailed to see if it was possible to add a 4th person. 3 days later, they sent some form via email which I filled out and submitted through their channels. My card still hadn’t been charged nor had I received any sort of confirmation the night before the tour. So I thought maybe I did it wrong and submitted it AGAIN. That time I took screen shots and AGAIN I never received any confirmation or email or ANYTHING. Yesterday we arrived at the “meeting point” at 11:58am for a 12pm tour and there was no one there directing or helping anything. By 12:01 I walked up to a guy in a red “TopView” jacket who told me the bus had left already. WE WERE THERE! Why did no one call us? They have all my info, they have the list of people expected to be on this bus. Another gentleman in a “TopView” jacket noticed I was distraught (now I had ruined my daughters 13th birthday and having no backup plan for the rest of our afternoon, I kept her home from school for this “experience”) he sent me to an office down some stairs across 5th Ave. no one in there was any help. All the said was they could reschedule me for a 50% fee 🤣🤣🤣. But there were only 2 spots left on the 2:30pm bus, we were 4 people so how did that help me? They also told me that the bus departed at 12:03pm which is an absolute LIE. I will be disputing this charge (and I’m sure the two additional person charges are coming soon as well) and I will NEVER use this company again. I will also be warning all my influencer friends NOT to do business with or promote this absolute SCAM of a company. I emailed that “customer service” email I was provided at their offices and all they said was they could rebook for a 40% fee instead of a 50% fee. Ruined a little girls 13th Birthday.

Expensive for what is was. The staff was great and worked hard but otherwise a waste of money. Cute idea, executed poorly.

Needed to change date, they wanted to charge 50% free. Horrible service, business policy, and I’m sure it will fail. Do not book!!!

Each bus comes with floral deco, tea cold and hot, and most importantly 啊tour guide/entertainer to add a magic touch. The ambience is top notch, perfect for girls day out

This is for the LA site. If I could give zero stars, I would. So I booked the 6 pm bus for my 10 year old daughter's birthday. We got there 45 mins early because ai live an hour and a half away and LA traffic sucks. We get to the meet up site and see that our 6 pm bus is now leaving at 7 pm. Ugggh, I wish they had told me significantly earlier, but I'm here now. I see a bunch of women in tea attire waiting, since we're all waiting for so long we start talking. Apparently, they are on the 5 pm bus that has been moved to 6 pm. Time goes by, a bus arrives, but no one gets on (weird, but ok). Then just before 6 another bus arrives and bus #1 drives off with no passengers. Ultimately, the 5 pm people get on bus #2 and their off. Tick tock, and to wrap it up, another bus NEVER arrives. The 5 pm late bus comes back after their 75 minute trip at 7:30 pm (an hour and a half after our original trip start timeand 30 mins after our new start time) The guests feel bad because they recognize us from before. Same goes for a staff who says they flew him out from Arizona to assist, he says he recognizes us from earlier and tries to inquire about our bus. The bus driver, an African American woman says she's calling the other bus. Ultimately, she says the other bus somehow spilled all of the food. Fun fact, they told the same story to the earlier bus. How do these busses keep spilling food. Apparently our driver is from NYC and knows how to drive well, but I guess not today; anyway that bus left. I'm calling, no answer. I'm responding to their text saying our bus would be 1 hour late, no responses. I go on the app and send a chat, I get an automated response saying they're offline. My birthday girl is sobbing on Santa Monica Blvd. 8:30 nothing. 9 pm we had to call it a night. My kids were freezing cold, hungry, and thirsty; plus we still had the long drive home. Everyone from out bus left, they were a complete no show. One group traveled all the way from San Diego which is quite a drive! The fact that they kept using the same response for tardiness and absenteeism screams SCAM. A lady who was supposed to be on our bus said that the company has scammed folks like this before, but she hoped it wasn't true. It's true! As far as I'm concerned they ruined my daughter's birthday plans and can go to the deepest depths of Earth's core. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT EVER RECOMMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!

Very informative and nice food and tea .The host made the tour enjoyable and had a nice singing voice

This experience was part of my 57th birthday celebration. The food was amazing! The atmosphere was so relaxing. The decor was super cute. The staff were friendly.
