I did not actually take the ride. I used the chat feature to get a quote. I indicated that we were 2 people each with a checked bag plus each with a carry on piece. The quote I got was for a car with a maximum of ONE checked bag. I did not want to spend more for a larger car and was about to end the chat, telling the agent the car he quoted did not meet my luggage needs. He then described the car as being able to accomodate more luggage! I need RELIABLE information with an informed agent. I am not going to book with this company.
Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. During your recent chat with one of our agents, a quotation was provided for a standard saloon car (Toyota Prius or similar). This vehicle has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of three passengers, one check-in suitcase with dimensions not exceeding 78x50x32 cm, and three cabin-sized suitcases with maximum dimensions of 55x40x25 cm. As you indicated having two passengers with two standard checked bags and 2 hand luggage, the saloon car is also an appropriate choice for your requirements. It is important to note that while the car can carry one check-in suitcase for three passengers, it is capable of accommodating two check-in suitcases when there are two passengers.
