We had an excellent driver. Our flight was delayed and he patiently waited and kindly assisted us to Siem Reap. Perfect.
We just wanted to take a couple of minutes to once again thank Hing Thavy who collected us from Siem Reap airport on March 09, 2024. Hing was waiting for us as we exited the airport, with a lovely smile, courteous manner and he spoke very good English. His vehicle was immaculate and very comfortable and driving skills were very professional. Hing also offered us a private excursion to Tonle Sap Lake in the afternoon, and we accepted . This excursion turned out to be the highlight of our whole 14 day trip to Cambodia & Vietnam. It showed us the real Cambodia and the cost was very, very reasonable. My husband and I recently travelled from Siem Reap aiport to Hitel return with Cambodia Transport Services . The drive was friendly and included extra stops for food and places of interest. Will definitely be using them again! Highly recommended.

Booked,paid and had confirmation email also e-ticket for the Bokor hill station tour. No one turned up to pick us up. Messaged company as guided by trip advisor no response. Have requested refund but have to wait a week for outcome. So disappointed as booked through trip advisor to be sure reputable company. Also having been to the hill station it is not as sold. Place has been refurbished does not resemble pics or supposed experience. The water fall was nice but not worth the journey time. Be aware that lots of activities, places to stay etc are no longer trading.
