On time, good communication and got us to our destination. I would recommend booking through this company for any transfers that you have.
We booked taxi from madina to fes airport. The taxi came on time. The driver looks very nice. But we got so bad experience. He saw us waiting there, but still park very far, maybe 50-70 meter far away. It is ok, we bring the luggages and walk there. Then when we arrive the airport, he dropped off us on the parking lot, not entrance of airport. We need to bring our luggages to walk around 10minutes, also there is 15-20 steps there. Also he never helped us to put the luggages on the car. So terrible experience.
