He was on time but made 14 of us (mostly seniors) cross four busy lanes with luggage. He could have very easily pulled up in front of the hotel.

We would like to clarify that your transfer was operated with a bus for 14 passengers, and due to local traffic regulations, buses are not permitted to stop or park in certain areas of Via Laietana. For this reason, the driver parked at the nearest authorized location directly opposite the hotel, where stopping was permitted by the traffic authorities. As you may have noticed during your stay, operating and parking large buses in central Barcelona, particularly on Via Laietana, can be quite challenging due to traffic restrictions and limited stopping zones. The driver followed the designated regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and compliance with local traffic laws. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing our service. I used this company for a transfer from the cruise ship terminal to our hotel and back. The drivers were on time and friendly. The vehicles were clean. There was communication from the company before our pickups. I would definitely use them again.

Pros: All was good, driver arrived on time, and we got to destination timely Cons: the driver didn’t help me with my suitcase to be loaded in the car. He was silent with us, but made many conversations on the phone in his language.

Friendly service. But they didn’t pick us up at our hotel. We had to walk to get to our cab. Was surprised.

No issue with the cab or driver, both were completely satisfactory. HOWEVER, we paid nearly $65 in advance through Viator for a short ride from our hotel to the cruise dock in Barcelona and when we arrived less than 10 minutes later, the cab’s meter read right at $20. The markup was excessive, not justified, we regret using Viator for this service.
