IMPORTANTE! Assicurati che il tuo telefono sia acceso e di essere disponibile a ricevere chiamate al momento del ritiro utilizzando il numero fornito nella prenotazione. In caso contrario, la tua prenotazione potrebbe essere contrassegnata come Cliente mancata presentazione nel caso in cui non riuscissimo a localizzarti nel luogo di ritiro. NOTA: 1 bagaglio grande significa fino a MAX 20 kg (la taglia L (75) misura MAX 75x51x28 cm), 1 bagaglio piccolo significa bagaglio a mano fino a 10 kg. (La taglia S (50) misura MAX 55x40x20 cm.)

I can't recommend Umbrella Transfers highly enough! From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. Booked Umbrella Transfers to pick me and my son up after a concert at Tottenham Stadium to take us back to Gatwick Airport. They were great throughout the whole experience, easy to book online, amazingly reasonable prices, and very accommodating when we needed to make some slight adjustments to the booking, very easy to contact via the chat function on the website. Easy to track the driver so you can see when they will arrive. The driver was very courteous and got us back safely. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
I ordered meet and greet service for my friend for 5.30pm. Driver called me 4.45pm said he is there, and parking is expensive. Asked if my friend can meet him at the parking lot. Once he met my friend 5.30pm sharp, he didn’t help her with luggage and didn’t find his car from parking lot. Name of driver was Abdul.
Reliable pickup. Driver was holding a sign with my name at Pret a Manger and he was very friendly. He drove us in a Mercedes van, very Spacious.

Driver was rude. When we asked where was Icelandair drop off at airport, he told us we had to find it on our own. He only had to drop us off at North tower. Would prefer someone who can tell us where to go and not just drop us off and pull off.
