Possiamo venirvi a prendere direttamente da qualsiasi località nella zona della città di Semporna o dall'aeroporto di Tawau, ad eccezione delle isole che necessitano di un trasferimento in barca o nessuna strada disponibile. Vi preghiamo di comunicarci il nome del vostro hotel o indirizzo almeno un giorno prima del ritiro. assicuratevi gentilmente che il tempo di volo sia minimo 3 ore prima della partenza poiché il furgone condiviso potrebbe richiedere del tempo. During the booking phase, it wasn't possible to enter the destination, and the tour operator contacted me the day before, telling me that if I hadn't communicated it, the trip would have been canceled. Anyway, it's okay, they accepted that I do it via WhatsApp too. The trip was quick, but the vehicle wasn't exactly comfortable. But it's fine anyway, considering where we are, we couldn't have expected a luxury vehicle!
1. I had booked my pickup for 7am. I wake up at 6:30, I see an email from them to be ready by 6:30 as there are many pickups. I rush and get down by 6:40, they don’t show up until 7, despite confirming their driver is already on the way and should be there before time. 2. After sitting in the cab, the driver says they haven’t received the money so I have to pay him cash. I speak to the coordinator, he disagrees that the Tripadvisor receipt or my credit card transfer is related to this booking. I then contact the tour operator and they say they will handle it. Overall not a worthwhile experience, an extra 30 mins wait followed by the frustration of coordinating the payment between the driver, coordinator and tour operator. Probably just pay the grab taxi and enjoy the convenience without having to deal with this non sense. There was also a shared transfer stand at the Tawau bus terminal which would have been way more stress free and cheaper. However I reached and it was sorted.

We also want to be transparent—the driver on that day was actually new to our team. We'd also like to clarify that our service is not affiliated with third-party platforms like Grab. If you're looking for a more flexible or exact schedule, we do offer private transfers at an additional cost—this option has always been available and clearly communicated from the start. To be fair, expecting all five passengers booking a 7:00 AM pickup to be collected exactly at that same time—especially when staying at different hotels—is simply not realistic for a shared service. This is an online booking platform, not a free service, and costs are involved in making everything run. We truly appreciate your understanding of our policies, and we hope you might consider traveling with us again under different circumstances.
