Taylor (our guide) knows everything about everybody! All of the food stops were amazing both in terms of food (large amounts and delicious) and atmosphere (great stories and people). It was one of the best tours we have ever taken.
We really enjoyed this food tour. Our guide Taylor was very knowledgeable about the history of Memphis and shared a lot of information that we would not have known had we not met her. All the food we tasted was delicious. We highly recommend this food tour.
I had such a blast on our Tastin’ 'Round Town tour in Memphis! Taylor was phenomenal—he wasn't just knowledgeable about the incredible food spots, but also shared so much fascinating local history along the way. Taylor was amazing, super knowledgeable and the folks we met along the tour were great too! A wonderful experience to get a taste of Memphis food! We brought our two teenager daughters and they loved it.
Definitely book this tour! Make sure you do it early in your visit to Memphis so that you know which restaurants to go back to. Our guide, Taylor, was very knowledgeable about the food and all things Memphis. It was fun and filling!
Went to Memphis to enjoy some food and music with the wife and we decided to take a food tour to taste some local cuisine. Booking through TripAdvisor was simple and communication concerning meeting location and what to expect was prompt and thorough with our tour guide. Taylor, our guide was great, she was extremely knowledgeable about the local history as well as the food you can find while visiting. Taylor also gave us a list of recommendations for other places to eat and visit while we there. We absolutely loved the food recommendations and the portions were very generous (definitely arrive hungry). I highly recommend this tour if you have the time, it is well worth it. Thanks again Taylor !!

We had a great time with Taylor. She had lots of info and history tidbits to go along with the delicious food. I think the wings at Rum Boogie Cafe and the ribs at Blues City Cafe were my favorite.
Walking tour within ~2 blocks, not too far in the July heat. 5 stops, food, soda, water included in tour price. Alcohol available. No changes to "menu" unless you have food allergies. Lots of local historical information shared. Taylor is a great guide. She's a local native. We stayed on Beale St afterwards and enjoyed the dueling pianos at Silkys.
Taylor is a great tour guide: full of knowledge, very professional, and she truly wanted us to have a good experience. It was a really hot day but she was thoughtful in how she had us move around to the different places without overheating us. She knows a lot of the people along the tour route, which I really thought showed her commitment to the local area and local businesses. We plan on coming back and doing another tour with her and her dad!
