Bek was an incredible tour guide. Gave an amazing tour of Tashkent for 3 hours in very hot weather, and also helped us coordinate a mountains trip. Highly recommend! Very reasonable as well
Knowledgeable and informative! My tour guide provided an explanation of the sites we visited and gave additional perspectives to add to our tour.
He gave us a lot of information on the tour and answered all our questions. We had a lot of fun.
An interesting tour that covered all the main sights in Tashkent. The only problem was the heat but it’s to be expected in late July. The trip actually lasted an hour or more than advertised to great vfm. Bek was a very informative guide.
G’olib was a fantastic tour guide. The pacing of the tour was good, and all the information he shared about Uzbek history was very interesting. It is a lot of walking, but i definitely recommend if you want a good mix of Silk Road and Soviet rule history, and learning about Uzbek culture
My guide Iroda was lovely. Very informative and very helpful. I chose a 6pm tour and it was a good time. Chorsu market was practically closed when we got there but at least we were not fighting the crowds. It’s a great way to see the highlights and get your head around the subway. Would recommend the tour
Our guide, G'olib was a great help for us in exploring Tashkent. He was quite knowledgeable in sharing information about the spots we visited. It was quite a comprehensive tour of all the main checklist places in the city. It was a hot day and G'olib easily adjusted the pace of the tour accordingly. Grateful to him for the patience. We loved experiencing the metro and bus making tour immersive and not just highlights. Regards and thanks, G'olib.
We were shown around by Iroda on a hot day, and had a comprehensive tour through the Amir Temur park, metro, bazaar, and around the surroundings of the Islamic Civilization Centre. Following this, we had a food tour which included Manti and Plov. Iroda was patient, considerate, and highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour. She also took the effort to check in with us which, given the temperature that day, was appreciated. She also provided us with great insights into the city and Uzbek food. Iroda was also keen to learn about the cultures and backgrounds of everyone on the tour which really made us feel welcome. Overall, this is an excellent tour and I highly recommend it. But it was made truly worthwhile by an excellent guide!
Thank you Golib for giving me an amazing walking tour! It's a great introduction to Uzbekistan. To me, the highlight was the lunch, in which I was able to see how the Plov was cooked. The meal itself was delicious. Yes, it's very hot in summer but this walking tour is totally worth it if you have a day in Tashkent.
Bek is an awesome guide and the walking tour I took with him was the best introduction to Uzbekistan and a highlight of my whole time in the country. He is very knowledgeable about all the key sites he takes you to see and I really enjoyed the pace with which the tour moved. I felt like we saw so much but did not feel rushed at all. We saw Amir Temur square, the independence square, a couple of the awesome metro stations, chorsu bazaar, and hazrati imam. I also reccommend reaching out to Bek for private tour options as well as I also got to go to plov center and other museums with him after the tour which was a great experience. I only have good things to say about this tour and Bek as well 🙏🏼🙏🏼. 11/10 experience.
