The pickup was timely and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Taroudant, in my opinion, is not really worth the visit. You’ll see the beautiful city ramparts, a not-too-lively market, a tourist shop, and a women‘s cooperative. Better in my opinion to visit the original Marrakesh. Unfortunately, there was no free time to explore Taroudant independently. Lunch in Tiout was tasty and more than enough for everybody. It included bread, chicken tajine, couscous, tangerines, and tee. The view from the restaurant was fabulous. The oasis was interesting to me. There is the option to take a donkey ride. I know that Berbers have ridden donkeys forever, but please don‘t do it as a tourist! Donkeys should not carry over 40kg - riding donkeys for fun is cruelty to animals!! All in all, I would have preferred to walk a little more, and be driven around a little less. But that‘s a personal preference. We were back at our hotel at about 5:45.
Tiout was interesting and lunch was quite nice. A lot of faffing about to get there though. Two buses, waiting about for ages in other ppl and stopping at petrol station and then to get someone a coffee…
Started the tour with on time pick up , made a stop at the flying goats and then visited the taroudant city and oasis of tiout , everything was ok
This is fake we booked this activity and the car didn’t even show up to pick us up. I don’t recommend you book this.
The pick up and transport with a very mixed group of about 20 people went pretty smoothly to Taradant but unfortunately a visit to the market to buy Nuts was not great nor visiting an eclectic shop in a backstreet to brilliant plus the obligatory Women's Cooperstive (my third one in 4 days) but it improved 10 fold with the afternoon spent in Tiout at the Kasbah with very nice lunch, great trip around the Oasis and Gardens and great guides.
Day trip the taroudant was one of the best historical trips we have booked from agafir, excellent tour, very good price.
I have many good memories with this tour which start from Agadir , taroudant and tiout the saadiyine city and tiout the amazing palm Grove Oasis .
