Our guides Nenad and his colleague Milan exhibited a high degree of professionalism and thorough attention to detail in preparing the equipment and teaching us how to navigate the few rapids along the route, as none of us had prior experience. One of us is anxious about water and did the tour as a passenger with one of the guides, deeply enjoying the experience. The equipment was in excellent condition and the logistics perfectly organised, including a lunch. This allowed us to fully enjoy the remarkable beauty of the Tara and its surroundings, and to observe the wildlife. All in all, a great experience!

My son and I did a 2 day - 1 night packrafting tour with Tara Expeditions. We contacted the owner of the business, Nenad, directly and customised a ~45 km excursion. During the night of the tour, we decided to add another ~15 km to the 2nd day of the excursion that included the most challenging section of the river. Nenad was very accommodating and organised our excellent guide (Milan!) and transfer back to the Zabjluck locale to meet our request. Nenad and his team are focused on safety and explaining the wonderful hydrology, geology and history of the canyon, a truly holistic outdoor experience. I highly recommend Tara Expeditions for a single or multi-day immersive experience of the world famous Tara Canyon.

Wow! What a cool experience this was! Nenad was a wonderful guide and very communicative leading up to and after the activity. All of the gear provided was either brand new or close to it and very clean. The trip itself was so much fun, without the normal overprotective fun-policing that you typically get in North America. The water was incredibly beautiful, and the rapids were awesome - only wished there were even more! Guides surprised us at lunch time with huge sandwiches for everyone, which was a welcome addition. This will forever be one of our most enjoyable memories while travelling!

Tara is a beautiful river and even when you experience it in this way, it is something that you remember forever. Nenad is a great guide and absolutely everything was as it was presented, 100% safe with completely new equipment!

My colleague and I did the three-day tour, and it was an incredible experience. Everything was superbly organized by the organizer, Nenand. We received briefings at the beginning, and then the adventure began. The river and the landscapes were breathtaking. The mix of wild and quiet sections was just right. Another plus was our guide, who had so much to share about the region and culture. There was never a shortage of fun. The accommodations were also very good and authentic. I had an amazing time on the 3 day expedition, everything was perfect and the Tara river and the canyon is one of the most beautiful places I’ve been, our guide Srdjan was so incredible and really made the trip! The accommodation and the local food throughout the whole trip was great.
