Tour was supposed to pick up at the AC Hotel at 8am. I arrived 15 minutes early. It is now 820am and no one has shown up. I have been messaging support since 8am with ZERO response. Avoid this scam of a company at all costs I

Radi is an absolute delight to work with. He made all the necessary arrangements with his team and others involved for us to have a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we first discussed the possibility of doing business with him he went above and beyond that we would have an excellent experience. His team/associates were equally delightful and professional. We enjoyed the highlights of the city and had a fabulous meal in a very nice restaurant. Our day tour of Tangier, Morocco from Malaga, Spain was seamless; from early pick up, 2 hour drive to Tenerife, 1 hour ferry, breakfast, tours, shopping, authentic tagine lunch, return ferry and final drive back to Malaga. Our driver Aissam was professional and made sure we were safe and comfortable during our rides to and from Tarife. He even kindly filled up our visa forms making it very easy with immigration. In Tangier, our driver Saber was courteous and helpful while our guide Hassan better known as “Coca Cola” made us feel like VIPs the entire day. He arranged for our breakfast with a view, vip tickets to the Hercules Cave omitting the long queue, taking us to an authentic Moroccan restaurant to enjoy chicken tagine for lunch. On our way back to Spain via ferry and drive back to Malaga, we were exhausted but very happy. We saw and learned so much about Tangier and made new friends with Aissam, Saber and Coca Cola! We highly recommend this tour to friends, family, couples and even solo travelers. Thank you Aissam, Saber and Coca Cola!

Very late review but I had a great experience in Tangier with Radi. He seemingly knows almost everybody in the city but he swears he doesn't. He greeted nearly every resident that we passed by name though! Got a VIP experience being toured through Tangier and even though we weren't able to do the entire itinerary due to time constraints and overcrowding, I don't feel like I missed out on anything. The food was amazing and the experience even better! My only complaint was that I did feel I was rushed towards the end as I was told I'd get a better angle for a specific picture I wanted but didn't feel I had an opportunity to request it again due to the urgency I was being shown back to the ferry but I could have probably pushed harder on that as they likely just forgot so not a big deal whatsoever. Personally, I like when my itinerary is jampacked with things to do and see so I felt it was a worthwhile experience since I feel we explored nearly the entire city and even met a variety of people from residents, vendors, police officers, and even holy men. The tour company that I used was incredible. The good communication at the start before I even left my hotel until I was back safe and sound. The tour guide Nissan and the bus driver Muhammad or fabulous. My tour guide was also my picture taker and my body card. It was an incredibly beautiful day. My only request is I wish I had more time to explore the city. I didn't have more time so I didn't stay, but if you have the opportunity to stay rather than come back I would highly highly recommend. I wanted to stay more but had to get back. I wish there had been an option to take a plane from Malaga over rather than that boat., an option is always a great idea. I think it would have given me more time in the city. The company was amazing. If you have the opportunity to ask for a Nissan as your tour guide do it. He is great. I had the best time. Definitely try the Moroccan crepe it is so delicious . I wish I had boughten more.
