Took my husband for a Father's Day treat (our kids don't live nearby) and it was truly a treat despite the heat. Captain Mark was kind and courteous from the moment we stepped on board, up to the time we departed. He shared so much knowledge, and talked about Tampa history going way, way back, all the way up to present day. We could not believe how much we did not know and he presented in a fun and interactive way, not your typical history lesson!! My husband can't stop talking about it! It was a beautiful day and a great way to spend time learning about the history of Tampa!! Highly recommend!
Nice day on the river, skipper was very friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed the Historic cruise, and would recommend it to others
Frustrating experience. The boat trip in Tampa was canceled a few hours before it was scheduled to begin, allegedly for upcoming heavy rain, but the weather was fine in fact.
Weather changes quickly in FL this time of year. We look at weather not just at departure time but at the entire length of trip. During your trip lighting would have been within 4 miles of us. (Lighting can kill up to 11 miles from source). We will not endanger you or our crew. We gave you 2 hours notice as that is the minimum time before departure we give notice. Sorry but we don't make the weather.
Good tour. Informative and friendly guide who had to speak over a crying child. Specific instructions like “boat may not be at dock until departure time.” We were a little concerned we’d missed boat but it came along about 10 minutes before departure. Nice overview of Tampa history.
Enjoyed the history and it was lovely on the water. Our guide, Mark, was very informative
Casual and comprehensive history of sights along the waterways of Tampa. Captain Mark shared very interesting facts about the past and present of the area in an entertaining way. Free cold water on board was appreciated.
Super cruise and super quiz.
Unfortunately, a schedule change caused us to be able to go, but they were very understanding and gave us a refund. The price is VERY reasonable considering the expenses of a boat. We do hope to be able to go when we are back in Tampa sometime.

Excellent experience. Loved hearing the history and seeing different sites along the tour. Tampa has a really interesting history and the tour made me want to dive more into it.
