Zee and Kyle were fantastic! They were friendly and patient and knowledgeable about all the landmarks that we went. Highly recommend them
Very poor experience. Late pick-up (45 minutes), tour guide asleep in the car, car ride extremely bumpy and nauseating. Spent 80% of the time in the car. Only stopped to take scenery photos or see a couple of churches. No lunch plans (even to pay for our own). Definitely do NOT recommend.
John our guide was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable and could not have done more to make it an enjoyable tour. Unfortunately the low cloud blocked the view from the mountain but the boat ride to the volcanic mountain was excellent. The cave church was unique. Taal was a gem of Spanish settlement for history buffs.
I did this trip to Tagaytay ,Taal Lake and heritage Taal . It was a great day . We saw a lot and the guide was very informative , spoke excellent English and was very flexible to our needs . We were in a group of 6 for part of the trip and then it was just the two of us plus the guide . The drivers were very good ,safe and searched for the fastest way back to town .
Punctual pickup at our Manila hotel in the morning. Fund and knowledgeable guide, and first we stopped at various fruit stands, markets, a sweets store to sample local delicacies. Then off to various areas in and around Taal. Couldn't walk close to volcano due to activity, but stopped at good spots to take in the panoramic view. We really liked Taal with its historic buildings, St. Martin's church and spend roughly 90 minutes here towards the end. We liked the variety and glimpse into rural Philippines as part of this day tour, incl. a local village and visiting some caves as well!
A must visit. It’s an active volcano site. Overlooking by the Italian restaurant housed inside Cliffhouse. Amazing food, super delicious, quite pricey but worth it. Beautiful views of the Taal lake and Volcano. Around 2 hours drive from Metro Manila with amazing, most beautiful and decorative Starbucks in The world located within this vicinity. A must visit.
Our guide Eddy is very thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable about Philippine’s history in all regards. Driver Kyle is very polite and handled crazy traffic safely and tactically. Overall a 5-star tour experience.
Awesome day, John drove us from Manila to Taal Volcano, Eddie described everything we passed on the way and provides bits of Philippine History. Myra assisted to add context. The volcano and lake were beautiful, we had a wonderful lunch at Loumar's Restaurant. After lunch we saw a wedding at the Heritage district and did some shopping.. We listened to music and had enjoyable conversation on the way back!
We have so much fun with this trip, experience local foods like fruits and other delicacies in the countryside. Our guide (Seana & Eddie) was very accommodating and helpful to us makes us feel safe and fun!!! The driver was also great and helpful (Kyle).
We loved this day tour! Seana, Sean and Kyle looked after us very well. Seana had great local and historical knowledge and we really enjoyed experiencing some local cuisine. The views of the volcano and surrounding areas were excellent and the historic area of Taal beautiful. And we got to ride in a Jeepney! We would thoroughly recommend this tour.
