Wonderful experience. The boat itself was very comfortable and well maintained. I took the first ride of the day and it wasn’t crowded at all. Enjoyed listening to the audio tour which was informative.
I booked shortly before and was horrified to discover that the boat departs from the other harbor! Despite immediate contact, all efforts were in vain! A contact for Viator is only provided with a phone number from America! Not good customer service!!! I would think twice about booking through this platform!!!
We booked the 6 PM trip, so a warm jacket is recommended if you want to enjoy it outside. It was nice and warm inside. 😁 It is a quiet trip, the 1.5 hours are sufficient to experience the fjord in its beauty. 👍
Impressive boat, carbon fiber construction, and quite beautiful. Lots of food available on board. Download an audio guide for information on sights. Dont forget your headset!
I went on a rainy day, and because I wasn't afraid of the rainy, the experience was perfect. The cruiser was very spacious with panoramic viewing on the deck outside. The ride was very comfortable on the inside with nice comfortable seats, free wifi, and cafe that services snacks, wine and other beverages. The restrooms were nice and clean. I like that I could listen to the audio guided tour on my phone. The ride was smooth and pleasant. And the views of different locations around Oslo from the bay was spectacular. Rain or shine, I highly recommend this gentle glider.
Fun and comprehensive boat tour of OsloFjord. Beautiful boat and the scenery was amazing. I would highly recommend this tour.
i walk with a stick and there were several travellers in wheelchairs on board .the ship was very accessable.friendly staff.a very nice experience.
A must-see tour when visiting Oslo. Audioguide available in several languages and super modern boat.
We went out for the 1,5 hour long cruise which was enough time to cover and get a good view of Oslo surroundings seen from the sea. The boat takes a circular route from the centre of Oslo around some close islands. There is a guide narration app for smartphones available in a number of languages, also very convenient. The boat was super clean and quiet (hybrid electric), and the layout enables both indoor sitting (we were out on a super hot sunny day so a break in the air-conditioned indoors was needed) and outdoor standing with plenty of space (however no seats on the outside decks). There is a restaurant on the main deck with sandwiches, hot dogs etc served but also drinks on the menu. The vessel is a catamaran, so very stable for those that worry about getting seasick. The boat starts from the center of Oslo, very conveniently. Highly recommended, regardless of weather!
Really great city boat ride. It was the perfect length, we were able to spend time inside and out as well as enjoy a few beverages while onboard. There isn’t much seating outside but we found a few points. Convenient meeting spot too. Definitely recommend.
