Sentimos que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada, pero nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos importantes sobre lo ocurrido. La información relativa al horario, al embarque y al funcionamiento de la opción de red fue comunicada previamente tanto en español como en inglés. El catamarán regresaba a las 18:30 h, y el embarque comenzaba aproximadamente 20 minutos antes de la salida. Ustedes llegaron inicialmente a las 18:20 h y, posteriormente, regresaron aproximadamente 10 minutos antes de la salida, cuando el embarque ya había comenzado. Nuestro catamarán dispone de 6 redes, con una capacidad máxima de 6 personas por red, y en ningún momento vendemos más plazas que la capacidad total autorizada. Por tanto, no es correcto afirmar que se vendieron más opciones de red de las disponibles. Cuando llegaron, había espacio en las redes para todos los pasajeros de su grupo, pero la ocupación de las redes se realiza según el orden de llegada. Si un grupo de seis personas desea asegurarse de permanecer juntos en una misma red, es necesario llegar con suficiente antelación al embarque. Lamentamos que finalmente decidieran abandonar el barco antes de comenzar la excursión. Entendemos que para ustedes era importante permanecer juntos, pero consideramos importante aclarar que se respetó la capacidad del catamarán y de las redes, así como la información proporcionada previamente.
