Escursione al tramonto nelle Montagne Rocciose vicino a Denver

Vuoi fare un'escursione ma non sai quale sentiero prendere e non vuoi perderti nel bosco? Ti semplifichiamo le cose portandoti su un bellissimo sentiero che non sarebbe facile da trovare da solo, e ci assicureremo che tu possa trascorrere del tempo senza stress, godendoti la bellezza naturale delle Montagne Rocciose. Cammineremo per 1,5-2 ore sulle Montagne Rocciose mentre il sole tramonta. Vedremo panorami meravigliosi, probabilmente vedremo alcuni animali selvatici, faremo qualche spuntino e pause per l'acqua, conosceremo i fiori di campo e gli alberi, faremo nuove amicizie, faremo un po' di esercizio e respireremo l'aria fresca di montagna! Nei mesi invernali forniremo "Yak Trak" da indossare sulle scarpe per migliorare la trazione su ghiaccio e neve. L'escursione sarà facile o facile per le persone in buona forma fisica, ma può essere molto impegnativa per le persone che non si allenano regolarmente e non sono abituate all'altitudine. L'altitudine sarà compresa tra 6.000 e 8.000 piedi. La dimensione minima del gruppo è di 2 escursionisti.

Ci incontreremo all'ingresso dell'Origin Hotel Red Rocks e passeremo in auto per un sentiero escursionistico a 30 minuti di distanza. Sentitevi liberi di arrivare presto per gustare un pasto al loro ristorante o andare dall'altra parte della strada per lanciare espresso per deliziose bevande al caffè.
Passa accanto a un'area chiamata Dinosaur Ridge dove sono stati trovati fossili di dinosauro.
Passeremo davanti all'ingresso dell'Anfiteatro Red Rocks e potrai vederlo in lontananza.
Attraversare la città di Morrison. Gli escursionisti possono cenare qui dopo l'escursione se hanno il proprio mezzo di trasporto.
Attraverseremo le pendici delle Montagne Rocciose e ci addentreremo più in profondità per l'escursione al tramonto. Tieni presente che si tratta delle Montagne Rocciose ma non del Parco Nazionale delle Montagne Rocciose (che si trova a Estes Park). My kids and I had such a great experience! They are 14 and 16, it was so cool to do this amazing hike with such an informative guide, Matt. They really enjoyed all the facts about plants, rocks, and trees. We loved seeing all the deer in the meadow. Matt had a very sweet and kind assistant Cheryl who shadowed him, they were both so patient with me when I needed little breaks on the inclines. Most of the hike was awesome, I just am out of shape for the inclined areas, but that didn’t take away from how beautiful it was. It was so worth it to see that gorgeous sunset on the top. Matt also made sure to take great family photos of us, and of my teens when they climbed up the big rocks! Amazing memorable experience for this city family :)

We had a wonderful experience with Matt as our guide! He picked us up at our hotel and communicated when he needed to be a little late due to traffic. The hike was great for us and not at all too strenuous. Got some beautiful photos to remember our trip.

Adrienne was very knowledgeable about the area we hiked (Mt Falcon) as well the trees and flowers we saw. I would call this more of a moderate hike for visiting out-of-towners. Beautiful views. But guide provided TMI about personal life when giving her professional experience. And I was very concerned about the grinding brakes and dim headlights on the vehicle that supposedly shuttles larger groups 5-6 times per week up and down steep roads.
Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed the hike! I wanted to address your comments on the vehicle you rode in—you may not be used to riding in an older Toyota Landcruiser. It is a VERY reliable vehicle, used often on safaris in the jungles in Africa. This specific vehicle does not have LED lights, so they may have seemed dim to you if you are not used to them. The vehicle receives routine maintenance, with a full safety inspection just 4 months ago.
Amazing views! Easy to moderate hike about 3.5 miles. Wear hiking shoes, drink water, dress in layers. Matt was a phenomenal guide! We really enjoyed his laid back and informative nature! A wealth of information!

What an amazing experience. Our tour guide was very thoughtful and did such an amazing job of pointing out some really cool features such as the juniper bushes, sage and other very cool plants. The scenery is stunning. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening hike.
