Tour di Dune Buggy al tramonto e Sandboard a Huacachina, Perù

The tour started with day prior the travel company messaging us and saying we inserted the Hostel Suiza as our pick up location. We didn’t enter that as we were staying at Bananas but it wasn’t a problem as it’s just down the street. The lady who contacted me was extremely confusing, saying they could only pick us up at Suiza, which we said was fine, then begins to talk about how they will pick up our luggage from our hostel which made no sense. I was trying to communicate clearly in sending the address and saying we would meet there there and she kept arguing with me. When we finally met up, she said it started at 4:30 instead of 4. It says English speaking guide, but he did not speak a lick of English. Other patrons were having to translate the instructions and safety for us. We didn’t upgrade to ski, which was S/55. We weee told we would get 6 runs down the dunes in skiing or body boarding, we only got 4, but sat at the sunset for probably 30 minutes which I think was a bit too long. You drive for about 10 minutes, then small little spurts going from dune to dune. Would have preferred to just ride the same dune over and over instead of all these small in and out in and out. The body boarding is super fun, and the driving is also super fun. However just extremely unorganized company.

Do NOT book. This tour group is a scam. They were unreachable day of and did not show. We almost missed our opportunity to dune buggy and had to pay more money to book with a group that was about to leave for their last tour. 10/10 would NOT recommend unless you like giving your money away.

The tour met expectations, very good attention from the guide and the pilot. All very well coordinated and recommended for those who have little time to know Peru

Nossa, it was a very massive trip! We did a super radical bug tour in the desert and the Oasis is breathtaking, very beautiful! For me the best part was to do a belly surf in the dunes of the desert, super would return... besides being quite different, the landscapes are beautiful to take a photo

my favorite part was the adrenaline from the nuggy, it was amazing and will be marked in my life! and the views were beautiful, the photos I took in the lagoon were wonderful, I loved everything

Sensational! My favorite part was the bug tours in huacachina for sure, super fun and you see beautiful landscapes, I liked the fact that we didn't come back so late too, very light, happy and tasty! I highly recommend!

Great, we went with friends for those dates. The guide was very patient and helped us with the tour, he even suggested accommodations in the area.

The tubular ride is intense, full of adrenaline and above all fun, Gabino was in charge of doing the ride, he took us through the most challenging dunes and we also did sandboarding, we had a great time, and seeing the susent uff, a complete experience, If you do this tour I recommend that you go in the front seats and of course you do it with Machupicchu Peru Tours, I am very attentive and punctual, they picked us up from the hotel at the indicated time and we felt safe the entire time.

Drive through the dunes & sandboarding . After a short wait our buggy was full. We spend some time driving through the dunes and had had some great sandboarding runs. Good high!! Then a beautiful sunset and exciting drive back. It’s all touristic, but you get what you expect and it’s fun.
