Lezione di Sunrise Yoga.

I did beautiful yoga with beautiful people in a beautiful place. The instructor helped me focus on meditation, and explained the visible scenery well. There are also various programs prepared, so it’s definitely worth attending at least once. Compared to the class, the price is quite reasonable. I recommend it to anyone who wants to take a break from a tiring everyday life.

If you’re visiting Ella, I couldn’t recommend this experience more. Indika picked us up early in the morning and took us on a beautiful sunrise hike up Little Adam’s Peak. Watching the sun rise over Ella was absolutely magical and the perfect way to start the day. After the hike, we made our way to the yoga venue overlooking the stunning hills of Ella. Along the walk, Indika shared so much about the history of Ella and the surrounding tea plantations, which made the experience even more meaningful. The Hatha yoga class itself was incredible—peaceful, grounding, and suitable for all levels, with breathtaking views that made it even more special. Indika is a fantastic guide and teacher, creating such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while sharing his knowledge and passion for both yoga and the local area. This was so much more than just a yoga class. It was a beautiful combination of adventure, culture, mindfulness, and breathtaking scenery. Without a doubt, one of the highlights of our time in Ella and an experience we’ll never forget. Thank you, Indika!

Had such a lovely experience at Ella Yoga Hub. We joined the sunrise yoga class with Indika, and it was the perfect way to start the day. The setting was peaceful and beautiful, with stunning views as the sun came up. Indika created a welcoming atmosphere for all levels, guiding the class with a calm and positive energy while offering clear instructions throughout. The combination of movement, breathwork, and the incredible surroundings made for a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ella and looking for a unique and grounding way to begin their morning

We had morning Yoga session at 6:30 with a great view over Ella’s rock and the little Adam’s peak. It was very relaxing and suitable for all fitness levels!

Had a great sunrise yoga session with Indika, who was a lovely instructor. The view was stunning & we felt very stretched out after, would recommend!

The view was breathtakingly beautiful, with the sun rising between the misty mountains. The pictures are really exactly as it is jn reality. The Yoga session itself was a good combination of mindfulness practice and poses. Definitely wear something warm, as in the morning it is still very chilly and at the start there is rather calm introduction and breathing exercises, so it takes a while to get warm. The Yoga Teacher is Sri Lankan himself which is a nice change compared to most places where foreigners teach and gives even more depth to the practice. 100% recommend this experience, the views were unforgettable.

Lovely yoga class in a beautiful location, the class was great for beginners with some challenging asanas too! There was focus on breathing and mindfulness which was very relaxing.

I absolutely loved this yoga class. After a hectic week of travelling, it was the perfect way to unwind, stretch out, and reconnect with my body. The instructor was fantastic and offered great guidance, explaining everything clearly while creating a really peaceful atmosphere. The pace of the class was just right, and I felt completely relaxed by the end.I would definitely recommend this class to anyone visiting Ella.
