Il tuo pullman partirà dal punto di incontro designato alle 8:00 in punto – assicurati di essere lì almeno 15 minuti prima del check-in! La prima tappa della tua avventura sarà il castello occupato più antico e più grande del mondo, il Castello di Windsor, dove arriverai alle 9:30 circa. Con i suoi ampi giardini paesaggistici e una suggestiva torre rotonda, è facile capire perché il Castello di Windsor è la residenza preferita del fine settimana di King. Godetevi il girovagare per i sontuosi appartamenti di Stato - sede di opere d'arte inestimabili di Rembrandt, Leonardo da Vinci e molti altri - e visitare la splendida Cappella di San Giorgio, l'ultimo luogo di riposo di ex monarchi tra cui Enrico VIII e il luogo di nozze del principe Harry e Meghan Markle!
Entrate nella Cappella di San Giorgio, situata nell'ampia zona, dove sono sepolti il famoso re Enrico VIII e la sua moglie preferita, Jane Seymour, così come la regina Maria e la regina Elisabetta, la regina madre. La Cappella di San Giorgio è uno dei migliori esempi di architettura gotica in Inghilterra. È stata la cornice di molti matrimoni reali ed è il luogo di sepoltura di dieci sovrani. La Cappella è dedicata al patrono dell'Ordine della Giarrettiera. Questo storico edificio capolavoro del XVII secolo si trova nella High Street, a soli 100 metri dal Castle Hill. Il principe Carlo sposò Camilla Parket Bowles, duchessa di Cornovaglia alla Windsor Guildhall nel 2005.

The itinerary was very good. The tour was well organized and I liked it very much. The guide was excellent. He was very professional. He knew a lot of details, which he provided to us, and he was a very kind person, with a lot of patience to every traveler with us. It was really a very good experience with him. Also the driver was driving very carefully and we really enjoyed his driving. In short everything was perfect.
This tour was sooo disappointing. The coach is run down and not maintained. The bathroom doesn’t work. The screens don’t work. The a/c didn’t work at all on a very hot day. They opened the windows. My tray table kept falling on my knee and hitting my knee enough to bruise. I finally tied up the tray partially with help of guest next to me who had yarn to knit. I had to help myself after guide decided to ignore the out of order bus. Family of four had to sit in four different rows and our children had to sit separately. The guide didn’t do anything except tells us rules. He was barely audible for most of group when he did choose to speak. This was pointless. I could have just booked a car service for same cost. We wanted guide so we booked this instead of just car service. We were sooo hot all day and the tour bus had no a/c for relief. WiFi was turned off at the end. So no WiFi for trip home
Paulie was a fantastic guide and incredibly knowledgeable. We were able to see lots of things that we otherwise may have missed on our trip.
It was a truly incredible day, and one that would have been impossible to organize by myself. Our guide was also super friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire adventure so much better. 10/10 for Jason and Frey!
Paulie and Armando were excellent. Paulie provided great insight throughout the trip and kept us on schedule. While it was a long day, it was great to see Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath in one day. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone.
A wonderful day despite the heatwave.. bus was airconditoned and was perfect to cool down. We missed out on Windsor Castle as they closed early due to the hot weather, still had a wonderful day. Stonehenge was just mind blowing … fascinating and interesting. Bath was up our alley, the Roman baths and the historic building was just insane! Our highlight of the day. Time was a factor to get to each destination so we could mange all areas… so take your photos quickly and do t dilly dally.
Great but busy day. If you prefer more than an hour and a half at any of these locations this may not be the tour for you.
Overall great experience: the coach, comfort, lunch box, staff, guide, etc. Driver Elvio is much more than a driver - guide, host, human wikipedia, entertainment. We really enjoyed every moment.

Bath and Windsor are so much more than I anticipated. The Roman Baths were fascinating. The Huntsman Pub (Bath) was a delightful stop to cool off and enjoy a drink or two. Would love to have more time exploring. Windsor is a charming area. The castle and grounds were beautifully preserved. Stonehenge was interesting… would have spent more time if not for the weather. Our tour guide Paulie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful… at the end of the tour he met with each traveling member to ensure they knew how to get transportation back to their lodging and to local restaurants. It was a nice touch.
The first point to make is the tour we were on was pared back as Stonehenge was closed due to Summer solstice activity. This is quite understandable but equally predictable for the operators, less so for travellers. We would have been able to schedule an alternate day had we been informed or if it was made obvious during the booking process. So an easy win improvement for Golden Tours team. Putting that to one side, once underway the tour leader of the day Dave and driver Mario pulled together a plan to minimise traffic delays and maximise our time at the attractions. We enjoyed the castle and the township of Bath both of which we explored independently using some of the tips and information supplied by Dave. During the return trip to London Dave have us a fantastic bunch of information regarding other things to do in and around London. The detail was fantastic in coverage of a broad range of options to suit a range of requirements and would be worth documenting as a very useful resource. Thanks Dave & Mario
