Partenza da Nusa Penida, Snorkeling Manta Rays & West Side Land Tour

Wow, really - this tour is a MUST DO! The only way to truly see Nusa Penida - through the eyes of a local who loves his island and his people. Wayan picked us up from Seven Dreams, masterfully navigated the narrow winding roads of the island, and shared insights and culture along the way. We first went to Sampalan where we boarded a small boat (turned out to be private! but could have been shared). For our snorkeling leg we toured three spots - Manta Point and two bays. Our snorkeling guide, Kenan(?) brought his Go Pro and some fish food… and boy, did we see and swim with the fish! Schools of them, all colors - silver, blue, orange, yellow. (No Mantas, the water, with the full moon, was too rough) After snorkeling and a quick shower we headed to an included lunch in the mountains and then over to Kelingking and then on to Broken Beach. The rock formations and beaches were stunning. But the most beautiful thing about this tour was honestly our guide Wayan, who loves his land and heritage and shared so many details with us. He was also curious to share and compare things about our land and culture. The exchange was enriching and made this trip so memorable. It was the perfect ending to our Bali/Nusa Penida vacation💕

This tour was the best, 3 different snorkeling spots and then we added on the land tour. Our guide Wayan made the day. So helpful and kind. Great English with good conversation.

It was an amazing experience, highly recommended. Our driver, Wayan, was super attentive and took us to the most iconic spots on the island. Besides being a great professional, he told us about the culture of the locals and drove on the roads with great caution, despite the poor condition of the roads. The snorkeling excursion was wonderful. We were lucky enough to see 3 mantas rays and many colorful fish next to the exotic corals. We will always keep a good memory of this day.

About snorkeling part : They stop 15 minutes att each stop. Depended on which place you have in line to jump in the sea the snorkeling time is between 10-15 minutes. Manta bay is worthless. As they inform you "Manta is an animal so it's moves" so no mantas. The other spots have some fish and corals. They provide free gopro pictures but they are no good for me when the diver has an favourite and you get all theyrs pictures. 2 for me an 20 for the pretty girls around. The other stops on land is for instagram pictures and no more. The entire trip was less the 4 hours. Our driver on land Wayan was ok. Ask many questions and get many answers. The lunch was basic . "One food one drink" in a designated restaurang. 2,5 Euro value

Great snorkelling, we managed to see 2 mantas and the colour and shape of the corals were great! Maybe less people should be allowed in the bays to preserve the corals but the overall experience was very good. Also the beaches we visited after were beautiful.

I had the absolute pleasure of being guided by Wayan Suardika, and I can confidently say he is one of the best in the business. His deep knowledge of the area, engaging storytelling, and warm personality made the entire tour unforgettable. He is punctual, organized, and tailored the experience to suit our interests perfectly. Thanks to his guidance, we discovered hidden gems we would have never found on our own. The exciting trip that I am so looking forward for. Come to the day the operation go smooth but have to disappoint with not see or take photos with manta rays. It would be nice if go after that time when sky clear and less current. Land trip going well with driver. Car not full but the spot of we visit is full of tourists. So hard even take photos ourselves! Good to have guide man help us. Overall still have fun and good day. Thank you for teams and guides ❤️🙏🏻😁

We did the snorkelling and land tour with Wayan. He picked us up on time, after arriving early but let us know that there was no rush. We then went to the port where we joined a group of around 16 for the snorkelling and saw Mantas at the first spot. The snorkelling spots were not too busy and didn’t feel over crowded at all. But that might be because we are out of season. After snorkelling we did the land tour with Wayan, just the two of us in his private car. Lunch was fairly basic but that’s not why we booked the trip. Wayan was a good guide, very friendly and funny and made good conversation along the way! A lot of it around football and the results from the previous night which I was happy about! Overall a very good trip and I would recommend

Our trip to Nusa Penida with Wayan was absolutely fantastic! Wayan's knowledge of the island made the experience unforgettable. The snorkeling wasn't top notch because of the jellyfish, but hey that's nature for you. The beaches Wayan took us to were stunning—pristine, secluded, and surrounded by breathtaking views. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had the best experience possible. He also made some of the best photo's. If you're looking for an amazing beach tour, Wayan is the perfect driver and guide. Highly recommend this trip!

We saw some beautiful places but the boat tour operators took some photos but did not explain much about the places we were going to swim in. We were also limited to a small area to snorkel because of how many other boats were around. However the land tour guide had great communication and gave us a real appreciation for the island.
